Complete scam. Ghosted after I sent in the test. Asked customer service about it after 30 days, and got no response.
So....now I'm responding to their dumb AI response. I should have known that was coming. Funny how quickly they respond to this but not my real inquiries to "customer service."
They asked for more of my details. I'm ashamed I gave them any details about me, and especially my blood. I'm a real fool. Don't be one too. This place is a scam, Shameful.

I requested a intolerance to histamine…
I requested a intolerance to histamine test, it came, i tried to do the test but the lancets and needles were with some issue as it did not work! I needed to fill up 4 circles with blood sample and using the lancets only one drop would come out, i followed all instructions and nothing... So i've been trying to request a refund and sent several emails, tried message on website and chat but it is a robot and nothing! They just creat tickets and do not reply back! I did not send back the test so no work was done, please reply to me and if you reply please do not tell me do send an email, just check your inbox and reply to customers!!!!

I have the highest applause for Hemant Dhote
Customer Support Specialist. Hemant took the painful time to find out what was going on with a test that I mailed originally and it never reached Gettested destination in NJ. Hemant checked everything out and sent me a replacement test. When I received it, the shipping label only had part of it on the package. It looked like when it got printed it got cut off on the left. Hemant had me send him the image and was able to get the same label printed and emailed to me so I could get my test on its way. It is great that you have such mindful and skilled staff as Hemant. Please thank Hemant for all that was done. It was one of the most exceptional customer service experiences I have ever had!

What a total cluster.... disaster
While your customer service team attempted to resolve the issue, it took multiple emails for them to understand the problem. In addition, I paid for expedited shipping Priority overnight next day. My original order was submitted prior to the 12-noon deadline. I did not receive my order until 2 days later and it was not complete as one of the tests were missing. It is now almost a week later and I just got noticed that the missing test is being shipped to me via ground mail shipping!!!!! This is not acceptable. I demand a refund of all shipping costs.
Clearly when someone orders a test with overnight shipping there must be an urgent need to have the test then, otherwise why would a person pay the exorbitant costs for overnight shipping if it wasn't necessary? The failure to complete my order and to ship it timely, has caused a great amount of unnecessary stress and consternation that it has exacerbated the situation at home.
You have no phone number listed on your website to contact and actually speak to a customer service representative. The customer service reps do not have a number listed on their email signature. This could have been cleared up much sooner if there was a way to actually speak to a person rather than go back and forth in an email. I have never experienced dealing with a company that has no method of calling customer service.

If you no longer wish to keep the tests, we of course want to make things right. Please email your contact person directly and let them know you'd like to return the items, and we’ll arrange a full refund for both the products and shipping. They’ll also provide the necessary return instructions.
You're absolutely right that an order placed before 12 noon (on a weekday) should ship the same day. However, if an order is placed during the weekend, it is packed and shipped on the next working day — for example, if you place an order on a Sunday, it will be packed and shipped on Monday, and therefore not arrive on Monday. I’m not sure if this is what happened in your case, but I just wanted to clarify how our shipping schedule works. In some rare cases, delays can happen due to things like time zone differences, but unfortunately, I don’t have access to the full details of your specific case. That said, this clearly didn’t meet expectations, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience and added stress it has caused. 💙
Regarding our support setup: We currently offer customer service via email only, as this has proven to be the most secure and efficient method for our type of service. Since many questions involve sensitive health data, test IDs, address details, or instructions, written communication helps ensure accuracy — especially when spelling, numbers, and privacy are important. But we completely understand the need for faster, more direct support.
The good news is that we're actively working on launching a live chat function on our website, which will allow you to message us in real-time. We hope to have this in place within the next few weeks.

This is not reliable as they use a bad delivery company in Italy. Gettested.io is very poor in communication and in answering questions. Get your tests at the hospital as you don't know if and when the tests will arrive.

Ease of navigating the website, helpful staff and prompt service.
The Get Tested site was very easy to navigate and the language used straightforward to understand. The test kit came quickly, no problem to follow the instructions, clear and easy results.
Follow up email asking if all was good with the results. Would use again for allergy testing.

Avoid buying tests, company is scamming people.
Shame I have to rate this company with one star as it’s one star too many. I did an allergy test to find out which allergens were causing my serious allergic reactions. I have been prescribed 4 medications, eyes,nose, throat and chest affected, I’m waiting for an allergy test at an nhs clinic.
I had hoped it would give me clear results so I could avoid certain places with those trees etc that are causing it. I was stunned when it came back as 0 on all allergens!
I contacted the company and was eventually given a spiel by a person called Carl, to ‘explain’ why this could be, it made absolutely no sense. I gave them the opportunity to reply and asked for a refund but was denied. Do not use this company, they are preying on people who are looking for answers and getting money for improper/ scam tests. In response to get tested’s response, I stand by what I say, I said the tests were scan or improper not the company. I don’t believe they work to identify allergens as they should. I do feel as though I was ‘ripped off’ however you try to explain the results.

We want to clarify that we are not a scam – that is a serious accusation without basis. GetTested is based in Sweden and all of our allergy and health tests are analyzed in ISO-certified laboratories, which follow the same high standards as hospital labs to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Sometimes, when a test shows no reactions, it can be frustrating – especially if you're experiencing real symptoms. But there are several possible explanations:
If you've recently avoided specific allergens, your immune system might not have produced enough antibodies to be detectable.
Some allergic symptoms are caused by histamine intolerance or non-IgE mediated mechanisms, which are not visible in this type of test.
The test you ordered measures IgE antibodies – the same type typically used by NHS allergy clinics – but depending on timing, immune response, and other individual factors, the results may not always align with symptoms exactly.

Avoid - not valid results
Avoid! I recently got a allergy test made at the local doctor where we sent in several blood samples that showed NO allergy at all for the most common things: dust mite, pollen, fur, and so forth.
However, when getting the test result from gettested.io, I suddenly have a strong reaction to pollen? Also to green peas that I never ever eat (that goes for any vegetables), almonds and milk. Funny enough i eat almonds and other nuts on a daily basis and never ever had any sort of reaction at all.
My advice - Go to a real doctor and get a real test done.

It’s a scam!!!
It’s a scam! I ordered CGM monitor in February 2025. The first month went by so I contacted customer service. The communication went on and on about how they first didn’t get my order, then they didn’t get my email requesting a replacement, then being offered a refund but nothing really happened. It’s May 2025 and I still don’t have the product.

I love actionable data
This service is brilliant for someone (like me) who wants to have all the facts. There were multiple tests that I was interested in, luckily they had a bundle in which I got to choose 3. Some of their tests give permanent insights (DNA does not change, test results will not change) while others provide a snapshot of your current health.
I am eager to find out my results and to see if there is anything I can do to improve my chances of a long and healthy life.

Just so you know, some samples are sent directly to the lab (especially the more sensitive ones) to shorten delivery time. In those cases, you might not receive a notification when it’s been received, since it skips our logistics center. 📦🧪
It usually takes around 10–15 working days to get your results, so if it’s only been 9 days, it’s still very much within the normal range. But if you’d like us to double-check, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us via email our support team is happy to help. 💙
