Tests aren't reliable
The results were completely contradictory to my experiences with certain foods - those that consistently give me a rash were not picked up and those that have no effect were highlighted as positive reactions.

There are several possible reasons why reactions you notice in everyday life may not appear in a blood test. Some food reactions are not IgE-mediated, and therefore won’t be detected by this type of test. It’s also possible that the specific variant of the allergen you're reacting to isn’t included in the test panel, or that you've had limited recent exposure (it's important to be incontact with the item multiple times in the weeks before the test), which can result in lower detectable antibody levels, especially with DBS (dried blood spot) testing.

Slow, so slow the blood will have deteriorated and your results, if you get them, are going to be unreliable. As others have stated, save your money, go to your Docs.

The standard turnaround time after we receive your test is 10–15 business days once we've recieved your sample. We understand that postal delays can happen, which is why all our test tubes are specially designed to preserve the samples during transit. They contain stabilising agents, and the materials used help protect the sample even over several days.
Once the sample arrives at our logistics center, it is immediately refrigerated to maintain its stability. We also recommend storing the sample in the fridge before mailing it, just to ensure the best possible conditions. 🧪
So rest assured — within this estimated timeframe (even longer), the quality of your sample will not be affected, and your results will remain reliable. If you have any other concerns, feel free to reach out to us — we’re happy to help. 😊

Very slow irrelevant reports
Very slow results, it takes 3-4 weeks at least for each test and too expensive. You may be able to find more affordable and quicker options elsewhere. The reports doesn't make much sense either, seems to provide contradictory information, not very accurate either. Waste of time and money.

Let us clarify: the typical timeframe to receive results is 10–15 business days after the sample reaches the lab, which is clearly stated at the time of purchase. This timeframe accounts for postal delays (as customers live in different regions), queue order, and — most importantly — thorough quality control to ensure the results are accurate.
Regarding all lab tests (saliva, stool, blood, and urine), the lab team always prioritises accuracy. If a sample shows any sign of degradation (such as changes in color or texture), it is not analyzed — instead, the lab informs us, and we contact the customer. If the physical appearance is fine, the sample is analyzed, but flagged if the results appear inconsistent. In such cases, the lab's quality manager may discard the sample if they determine it's unreliable.
They also carefully consider factors such as sample age and whether the customer may have taken medication or supplements, which can affect the results. After the lab completes the analysis, our in-house specialists review the report and reach out if there are deviations that need further context.

SCAMMERS. But my fault for not seeing these reviews first so hope this helps. After month and a half of back and forth emails, full of lies in each about how long it takes to do simple testosterone test, I simply haven't received anything back and communication stopped.
I bet this "company" doesn't even actually do genuine tests.

Judging by trustpilot these people are scammers. Sent my bloods waited till after results were due , over three weeks for a basic test, emailed them and said they had lost them in transit to lab after receiving them. Never bothered to contact me and tell me though. Offered refund, clown show.

Just to clarify: GetTested is a registered and independent health testing provider, working with ISO-certified and accredited laboratories. All of our lab tests — including blood, urine, stool, and saliva — follow strict procedures to ensure medically accurate and reliable results. We take our customers’ trust seriously and always do our best to resolve any issues that arise.
Regarding your case — if a test sample gets lost in transit before reaching the lab, unfortunately we don’t have a way of knowing that unless the customer contacts us. Some customers send their sample the day they receive their order, while others may wait several weeks, months, or even longer. For that reason, we don’t have a way of knowing if the customer has sent their sample until it reahes us. We always recommend the customer to reach out if they haven’t received a “sample received” notification within 7 days of sending it.
We’re very glad you were offered a full refund, and again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. If you ever decide to try again, we’ll be happy to support you every step of the way to ensure things go smoothly.

Slow service
It took 15 days to get PSA results from them; it would have been quicker to go to the doctors !
They said they would e-mail me when the results were available but they didn't, customer service man came back with smartarse comments when I contacted them asking for a timescale for the results, won't be using them again.
Finally got a reply on the 27.3.25, about as quick as their testing!

When you purchase a test from us, we clearly state that results are delivered within 10–15 business days after the sample reaches the lab. This timeframe depends on several factors — including postal delivery times, queue order at the lab, and most importantly, thorough quality control to ensure your results are medically accurate and reliable.
From what I can see, our customer service team explained this standard processing time and noted that it’s outlined both on our website and on the product page.
We truly apologise if this came across as dismissive — that was absolutely not our intention. Tone can sometimes be misunderstood over email, and we simply meant to clarify that your test was still within the expected timeframe.
If you prefer to go to your doctor for testing, that’s of course entirely your choice — no one is ever obligated to use our services. 😊 Our tests are available for those who want easier access or when healthcare providers may not offer these tests directly.

Validity of test results
Received the tests after 1 week. Posted back on the 5th August took ages no results. Emailed Get Tested and they said they hand not received them and asked if I had track the package which I had not as you return the tests in a pre-paid envelope. They emailed on the 22nd to say they have my tests and that it will take another 10-15 days to process them. I have spoken to my GP and researched, these test results will now be invalid as they are old samples. No offer of a replacement? Get Tested need to review the prepaid postage obviously 2nd class. I would recommend posting back the tests tracked special delivery. So far not impressed and no the wiser what my health issues are.

While we appreciate that you've spoken to your GP, it's important to note that they won’t have insight into how our specific testing process works. Our standard turnaround time is 10–15 business days (about 21 days), which is also stated when purchasing the test.
We fully understand that postal delays can be frustrating — unfortunately, these are sometimes out of our control. That’s why all of our return tubes are specially designed with stabilising agents and high-grade materials to keep the sample intact during transit, even over a longer period. Once your test arrives at the lab, it is immediately refrigerated to maintain its stability. We also recommend that customers store the sample in the fridge before posting it, just to ensure optimal conditions.
So rest assured — your sample quality is not affected within the estimated timeframe, and your results remain valid and reliable.
Regarding return tracking: on the prepaid envelope, there is a tracking number printed on the label, but it does need to be noted down before you post the sample. We're always happy to help track it if you have the number. You will also be notified when the sample reaches us, even if you didn't note the tracking number.

DON'T TRUST
I saw an ad on social media for the Testosterone Test Kit from Ornament Health, with which this company works, and I decided to buy it. The ad claimed that I would receive my results within 7 days. However, it's been 26 days since I bought the test on 11/06/2024, and I still haven't received any results. When I contacted the company via email, their representatives stated that the results would arrive within 5-15 days. Considering the 7-day delivery period in addition to the 15-day period, it's clear that the results are delayed. It's extremely disappointing to mislead customers, especially when it comes to health-related matters. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company as it seems unreliable.

We're not sure where the “7 days” information comes from, as this is not mentioned anywhere on our website or on Ornament Health’s page, as far as we can see. It's possible you may be referring to the fluctuating time estimates — these are meant to reflect approximate weekly turnaround times based on current lab volumes, but the standard processing time remains 10–15 business days, which is what we officially communicate.
If you saw the 7-day claim somewhere else, we’d really appreciate it if you could email us with a screenshot or link, so we can review it and ensure everything is as clear and accurate as possible. 😊
