We had an amazing experience with the GMID team, they were super efficient and we didn't have to worry about anything as we knew we were in good hands. They were incredibly thorough in ensuring all of our documents were suitable for the application. We started the process a little late in the day, and they were very helpful in providing numerous options to help us accelerate our application and secure a ceremony date within our desired timeframe. Overall, the team were really supportive, enthusiastic and readily available with fast response times to all email queries. For instance, they reviewed at least 5 versions of my partner's residence permit (scan / photo with iPhone / photo with Android) and shared a document with examples of how photos should and should not be taken, to ensure that these would be accepted. With their help, our application went through smoothly and we received our approval in exactly 7 days.
