The staff at this company are very competent, patient and precise, always with a warm and polite approach.

From the first e-mail to the final goodbyes, they explained all steps in a methodical way.
There was no glitch along the whole process and this allowed us to get married with no stress and enjoy a few days in the beautiful capital of Denmark as well.

Follow to the letter what they suggest, ask questions if you are not sure about something, be patient if some of the pictures of your passport you send need to be re-taken; they will reply quite quickly and highlight precisely what needs to be improved, so that it will take very little time to complete the application and get your request approved by the Danish authorities.
It was also lots of fun to put together our relationship story, as we looked through photos of our past years together.

The main reason why we decided to elope was that it weighed on our minds to organise a traditional wedding with many family guests, especially since we are not living in our country of origin.
This was the perfect solution to our quandary.
