I enjoyed the training

I enjoyed the training. Larry made the two days go by without us noticing the passage of time. The course delivery was excellent, with strong participant engagement. The content and materials are outstanding, and the additional resources Larry shared are very useful—especially for getting started and delivering the training right away.

Call

The first call we had with Mary was very rushed, she was not patient with us at all and kept trying to get us off the line. We had to ask her multiple times to stay on the call so we could get our user connected to the TIPS Course,

Recertification

Recertification, I had to pay the full amount $500. I found that odd, when my co-worker only paid $70.

No customer service

I purchased the wrong course at 1st and emailed customer service right away to get the issue resolved and they never responded or helped me. I needed up purchasing the correct program and completed the course I needed however, its ridiculous that I couldn't get any help with my mistaken order even though I followed the prompts on who to email to correct the situation.

These training is very essential to us as a server. The guidelines really helps us to do the right decision if you are serving or not a guest.

Yes the training is very helpful to every bartender as well as the servers. It really helps to avoid confrontation with the guest that will leads to disaster.

Larry 5 stars

The trainer for this class, Larry, was not only extremely helpful but you could feel his passion for teaching this material which is very rare. Zoom trainings can be difficult to get people to be engaged, but this class made the time go by fast and made me feel very prepared for the exam and to teach TIPS classes on my own.
