The facilitator was friendly and personable. I greatly enjoyed his ability to engage the trainees. I have facilitated many workshops both in my career in higher education and as a training specialist. But I greatly enjoyed the train-the-trainer aspect of the workshop, which I have never seen done correctly until now. Great job to Larry.

My experience was made great by the suggestions on how to deal with irate customers. They are the hardest to deal with. Whether you have to deny sales because they're too drunk already or you have to deny sale because if an expired ID. The suggestions given really helped. I had a customer with an expired ID and the abusive language and actions they use can feel really threatening. Calm and key phrases really help. I learned the store should take the blame and apologize and explain it's the law. It seems to show accountability on the stores part, and it throws the customer off a bit because they didn't expect that response, they expected something a little more defensive. By not giving them that response they calm down a bit to be able to be reasoned with

Great product and taught me a lot. I think my favorite part of the training are the videos. They felt natural and not awkward at all.
