Great experience from booking to journey home
I hurt my leg while skiing so could not travel home by train. It was easy to state our requirements for transfer and see offers of transfers. Our chosen transfer gave us contact details so we could keep in close contact at airport. Our driver was on time friendly safe and we could not have asked for a better service. Will definitely recommend and use again .

He is a scammer with amazing PR and Marketing, but he doesn’t pay the drivers and the services providers.
If you are a client you maybe lucky to get a driver/car making the first services and you will be ok, but if you get older ones that aren’t receiving you’ll find yourself without the money and without the service.
You can ask for refund and they will answer, but the money will not return to you.
If you are a service provider you are going to receive maybe 50%, is the carrot to keep you going, but the debt to you will rise until they brake you.
So, clients and services providers be aware, consider yourselves warned.

Arranged a transfer via Booking.com at Porto airport. Did not happen! Abandoned at 4am. Saved by Jorge - the owner of Foz Suites who collected us in his car

they do not provide any transport service they have my money since covid and I have made many attempts to use the imaginary account but it won't work taxis won't respond..they wont refund .be careful all give this non exsitant company a wide Berth

USED THE APP TWICE AND TWICE NOBODY APPEARED AT NIGHT NO REFUND ON MY BANK ACCOUNT NO ANSWER. I WILL MAKE A LEGAL SUIT IF I AM NOT REFUNDED ON NY BANK ACCOUNT BY THE 20.4.23
EVEN WORSE NOW, I GOT A REPLY JUST NOW 16/4/23 AT 14.50 ECT TELLING ME TO SEND AN EMAIL THAT THEY UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION WHEN I DID ALREADY ON THE 4/4/2023 AND THEY PROMISE THEY WOULD COME BACK TO ME WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAY AND THEY DIDN'T. I HAVE THE EMAIL. I WANT THE MONEY ON MY BANK ACCOUNT NOW, NOT ON THE APP ACCOUNT AS THERE HAS BEEN NO WARNING THEY COULD NOT COME AND PICK ME UP. LEGAL SUIT. I had to go at airport Milan Malpensa on the 28.12.22 at 4 am and Imagen, the driver didn't show up and nobody contact me to tell me about it. It was panick, we were going to miss the flight and all the holidays. NIGHTMARE!! I had to call dozens of taxi companies and eventually I found another very late, had to pay another 250 EUR and we were not sure to make it. What a stress. With this UNRELIABLE SERVICE THEY RUINE YOUR HOLIDAY AND SPIRIT. AGAIN ON THE 4.4.23 , JUST LANDED, I MESSAGE THE TAXI DRIVER IN ORDER TO KNOW WHERE TO MEET, AND HE SAYS AT 2 AM THAT HE COULD NOT COME. IMAGINE THE STRESS AGAIN, I PAID BEFORE.!!!! AGAIN I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 200 EUR TO LUGANO FROM MILAN MALPENSA. I AM FURIOUS. WHAT IS EVEN MORE REDICULOUS IS THAT GetTransfers send me an email to rate the TRIP that didn't happened as nobody was there. Sranded!!!!
AVOID, AVOID GETTRANSFERS UNINSTALL THE APP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND AS TODAY 14.4.23 NO REFUND TO MY BANK ACCOUNT, NO ANSWER

Do not use these rip off con men. Had me running round the Alicante airport then tried to charge me extra for being late, unable to contact anyone to get a refund or complain

The site is a platform of many different drivers who can accept your move and make you an offer. I accepted an offer from Perez & Couto who confirmed with me via WhatsApp once my deposit was made. I was still hesitant because of the negative reviews though so I texted my contact at the company and asked what would happen if the driver doesn’t come. He said to not worry. But… low and behold, he did not come. I woke up to a text from Juan Perez canceling our move that was supposed to be that same morning. Panic mode activated.
I called my contact crying like a mad woman at 8am on a Sunday and he swiftly found me another driver and sorted everything out. Complicated being so last minute.
I came here to sing the praises of Mateus Pipa of gettransport.com. The man is an absolute godsend. His calm manner and extreme politeness was a game changer in this challenging moment. Without his help, I would have been left high and dry on my moving day.
Pedro Carvalho was my second mover who came promptly that same day and organized his truck like a game of real-life Tetris. Everything arrived in great condition at the scheduled time with good communication in between.
A big, big thank you to the two gentlemen who made my day happen!

Waited over an hour for airport pick up. Still no show. I had to get a taxi. Tried to contact to get a refund. No one gets back to you. Do not trust this company.

Caution. Fraud!
They don't answer emails. Phone is not active when we call. Professional looking website. As soon as we choose the service we get an email and a phone call, which deceives us. I chose to pay only 20% and since then I never received any email or phone call asking for shipping addresses. Police to see if they catch because they are cheating thousands of people.

You most NOT trust this one. I did order and they did’nt came in right time and place. They emailed me and give me to choises, refund and put the money to the day We transport to airport. When I wrote a e-mail to them the e-mail can’t send because the e-mail i get is not right. Don’t trust them

Excellent service. First time using this service. Driver was on time, very friendly. Felt safe on the drive to our apartment. Requested a change of time for return trip, there wasn't a problem driver turned up on time. Very friendly, knowledgeable on the area. Gave us advise on which bus to get to the airport. Would definitely use this service again.

Horrible experience, never again!

I needed to transport several boxes of marbella to portugal and I found Get Transport Online. I made a request for a quote for the transport and in 48 hours I was contacted (by a number from Chile, however from what I understand the company is Portuguese) after an agreement (payment of €315 for transport) I made the payment to 100% and I should have made 20% for which, after having made the transfer, no one called my attention or proceeded with the process of paying the 80% to the transport company.
They stopped responding to my messages and didn't answer my calls or emails...
Only on the day that it was agreed, the employee of the transportation company informed me that he had not received any payment of the 80% and that Get Transporte was telling him that it sent the money a week ago and that he was told that the money would arrive at a Sunday. When everyone knows those transfers don't work on the weekend
The transportation employee told me that he wouldn't deliver without the money, so we agreed that as soon as he received the money on Monday he would bring the things. This did not happen
The excuses of Get Transporte were endless, that they had already made the payment (me and the transportation employe asked for the transfer record and they denied us the shipment, saying that they were not allowed) and other times they said that they were still going to send the money.
I informed everyone that I had essential medicines for my survival as I suffer from an autoimmune disease. I needed the medicines, it was urgent. I had extras with me but with the time they were taking it could become crucial for my treatment
There were days and days trying to contact Get Transport (me and the employee)
The employee , knowing the situation, did not want to deliver the boxes and medicines to me (this situation was to be resolved between Get Transporte and the company that would carry out the transport)
I waited 2 weeks for my meds and the rest of the packages
I had to make another payment to the transportation company to bring the goods to me (and then I still had to wait a few more days)
I asked Get Transport for a refund and I haven't received any money so far
Do not make any reservations with them.

I see a lot of very negative reviews for this company but my experience with them this year has been 99%. I have just spent 2 months travelling around SE Asia and used then in Penang, Singapore, Krabi, Saigon, Chiang Mai and Danang and the service price and communication were all 100%, couldn’t fault any aspect of the service.
Only small issue was when I arrived home in a Manchester, they had appointed A guy called Mohamed Azly, who won the bid and I paid. Then decided he didn’t want to do it and cancelled whilst we were flying fro Doha to Manchester, nice one !!!! But that is not the fault of ‘Get Transfer’ so 99%

Yes, you are the same company as GetTransfer so I stand by my comments and for goods you have the same setup!! Just to be clear you are GetBoat as well!!
You may get a good service from your carrier but this has nothing to do with GetTransport, if you read their T&Cs you will see that you have as a customer no protection. If you complain they will merely blame the carrier and you have no comeback. They will leave you stranded in a foreign airport with no support. Their complaints processes inadequate and they will not even offer an apology. If you want a good service go to the carrier directly and do not use this introductory company as they will take your money and give you no security of actually providing your transfer. They left me stranded in Innsbruck airport with no offer of any help, their suggestion was I took public transport, I was going to Italy!!
