Phone Lines Dead and out of pocket €300+
This has been an absolute nightmare. As others have reported, the telephone line is no longer operational and there have been no responses to emails. There is also a related company who this firm is connected to but this one processed the payment; the other Company is Dublin Maildrop in Baggot St this operation also seems to be defunct, with the contact number is also no longer working.
We used Alan’s service for many years and it had always been reliable, so I don’t believe this was a scam in the conventional sense. However, the sudden disappearance of all contact channels has caused us significant difficulties, particularly with the Irish Revenue authorities, as we are now unable to access or retrieve essential correspondence.
