bought a device 3 weeks ago and it is not shipped yet ! looks very dodgy and I didnt know this is Chinese website ! and all products come from china !

Bought 3 products after researching for weeks. O2 ring, wireless bp/ekg monitor and oxygen concentrator. I've been thoroughly impressed with all 3. The O2 ring works flawlessly and better than expected as does the bp/ekg monitor. The app for these is great with proper information recording. The oxygen concentrator works great and is much quieter than the concentrators I've rented previously. Shipping was quick and prices are more than fair.

Bought the blood pressure watch. The website implies the watch also measures blood oxygen level but it does not. Blood pressure measurement well.

The machine is doing exactly what I thought and is operating very well. It seemed to be very well built.

Ordering experience was very easy but tracking of shipment wasnt provided. Furthermore, had a email conversation with support team was answered well.

As for the O2 ring although I order the old model (4S sampling rate) by mistake but the old model also works well and Im happy with it.

Ordered directly from the company in China. There was a delay at customs, unlike another other customer services experience from other companies Wellue did all the could to sort it! Communicated regularly,took responsibility and even gave me a 10% discount highly recommended great customer care.

Excellent service

The Wellue ER1-LW Dynamic ECG Recorder is my latest purchase from the Wellue range. Their products consistently provide reliable, essential health data that I depend on. The ECG Recorder gives me confidence in monitoring my heart health between cardiologist appointments, and I regularly share the reports with my doctor.
After many months of weekly readings, the recorder developed a fault. Following a courteous email exchange, Wellue promptly replaced the device. I'm thoroughly pleased with both the product and Wellue's excellent customer support.

The ad said 3 to 4 days shipping. It took over 4 weeks.
The readings are all over the place. When checked against my finger tip oximeter, it was always off. I constantly get low readings and alarms. Would not recommend this product.

Hi, I would like to say that all these Wellue products are really of high quality, and at a very affordable price. That has convinced me to purchase different products from them in the past, and assume I will continue to do so...

Our original boots were faulty. But after working with the customer support team, they were able to ship us a new set of boots!
This pair work great, and we really appreciate the prompt support. Absolutely would recommend to a friend!

Goods received in Good condition. Double box.
Tried CPAP w 02 Ring, sleep much better. Going to purchase another set of mask. They even provide mask template for ownself measure to get accurate size.

my check me + broke and wouldn't function after 3/12
I contacted them several times, and it was tea and sympathy. I want a machine that works or my money back. I had chest pain two weeks ago, and I never knew what was causing it. they are useless and do not honour their guarantee. I will never buy from them and would urge people to buy German instead.
this is wellvue's response, I have had at least 8 of these responses, yet they still do nothing. their response is to try to show to the public that they are a caring company, they are not. this is their response.Wellue logo

I had high hopes with blood pressure monitoring watch, having the Wellue ECG monitor which seemed to perform well. The first blood pressure watch I received seemed to have inflated readings, the company however promptly replaced it with another watch, which is more accurate and consistent(BP readings are within 10% - upwards, both Sys and Dia of proper medical arm cuff monitor)
