Your customer service department was very helpful in getting a return done for me. Your items were not what I expected.
Didn't receive the original wuffy again. I've ordered more than 6 times and was promised by support that he promised a guarantee of receiving the original wuffy. It is a carnival toy. No AI ,NO WARRANTY NO MANUAL . THE ORDER IS NOT AS YOU ADVERTISE AT ALL. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED

Received my items and was not very happy with the quality and size
I called customer service and they were very helpful with the return process
The Dog looks good , I am sure my Grandchildren will love it
This Wuffy robotic dog does not look like the advertisement. The advertised Wuffy looked very real. The box has no name on it and no packing slip. This is extremely disappointing.

My customer service experience was excellent, but I’m not happy at all with the product.
The thing did nothing that it was supposed to do just walks around permanently yapping I have tried to return it and get a refund but they are not being very helpful it will probably cost me more to return it than I paid for it as they want me to have tracking on it which costs even more.

I appreciate the return was made easy and the correspondence was quick.
Totally a scam. Product miss represented. Is nowhere even close. AI. That’s a joke, right. As for a refund, good luck. They conveniently won’t be able to find your information. I have one email and phone number but they can’t find my information. Apparently they only hold your account information by your email. They sure could send me my dogs to my address though. Sent them pictures of shipping label even. What a disappointment that people have to be so shady and take advantage of people that maybe just wanted to get their grandkids a cool gift, not that stupid thing I got. So sad.

The ad on tv showed a puppy that didn’t look anything like the puppies I received. These puppies are very small, very hard, and not suitable for a one & a four year old. Their movements are extremely sharp & stiff. I would be afraid the children could get their fingers caught in the mechanism! I feel your marketing of this product is deceptive. I am requesting a full Refund as well as the cost to return this product to you. Please let me know where to address the Wuffypaws in the box I’ll be returning to you.

The little dogs were nothing like what the ad presented them as. They were not realistic looking at all, and they didn't respond to touch or talking unless the button was pushed on...then they barked without stopping.

The dog was more AI generated when you received the dog it was very poorly done it was very childlike very fake looking. Couldn't even get a five and four year old to play with it... definitely not worth the money... very below in my standards not a happy customer.

We received our puppies and are delighted with their performance.
We had also created an additional order and customer service was excellent regarding the return and refund.
I am not getting any action on my request for refund and return!
