Enjoyed shopping. But was unclear about what was actually ordered. Didn’t want to anything other than the dog and guarantee. No other products!

CHRISTIAN WAS VERY HELPFUL I GOT 3 DOGS INSTEAD OF ONE THE WEBSITE WAS NOT RESPONDING RIGHT I HAD CALLED AN HOUR AFTER MY ORDER TO CHANGE IT BUT IT WAS ALREDY SHIPPED I WANT TO RETURN 2 DOGS AND GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THEM CANNOT INSPECT THE ON DOG YET GOING OUT OF TOWN MY GRANDSON DIED DONT HAV ETHE TIME BUT WILL RETURN THE DOGS TODAY TELL ME HOW PLEASE

The description of the dog and what it can do. Also how the childrens mind, works far better. With a product they can see, touch, feel and use their imagination more than an eyepad.

On receipt items don’t appear as advertised, no batteries included, advert advise the item is ready for use, different on/ off switch from advert, item much smaller than suggested by advert.

I had done a previous order but when the item came it was awful quality etc, I tried to contact seller but website had disappeared, clearly I thought I had ordered from yourselves but somehow was switched to a scam!

Customer service was great although the wuffy dog sucks. It is nothing like the advertisement.

I did get someone on the phone and they promised to help me return 2 items. I have not yet received the instructions to help me return these 2 items.

Your prompt reply to my request was appreciated. I found the item to be much smaller than thought and is not suitable for the person I was purchasing for. I also felt slightly overpriced but it is a cute design and idea was cute.

I had ordered one from Walmart? Not sure if it's the same, but it would not be here in time for grandson 's birthday. Hopefully this will get here in time. The reason you did not get 5 stars is that the upselling is damned annoying. I hate it when companies do that.

The toy that was sent was not what was advertised.
Advertising is very miss leading.
Not worth the money paid at all.

what made our experience not perfect was the fact that we were not able to switch one of our puppies from brown to white. It was difficult to see where this feature could be possible.
