It's a good system.

Decided to order a server for Icarus on a Sunday... Up and running within 10 minutes, had issues right away. Big problem right? Well, for a lack of better words I opened a ticket with support and within 2 minutes they were working on the issue. Come to find out their DDoS protection went absolutely active blocking and rejected all connections. Within 20 minutes they had identified the issue, moved my server to a new machine, had it installed and configured with all my old settings and not a second to waste. They also decided to test and verify to make sure the connections weren't rejecting instantaneously and solved my problems promptly.

In the past I have had numerous poor experiences with server hosts and support agents. These guys are fast, courteous, honest, and will do everything in their power to take care of the client immediately, regardless of if I'm paying $500/mo or $12/mo. This is an honest breath of fresh air from a hosting company. Definitely earned my business just from the few minutes it took to get me up and running and my issues resolved.

GG Host hosted our Scum server, The Forge. The powerful hardware no doubt helped facilitate our climb to number 1 in the world at one stage. We ran the standard shared hardware initially, then switched to dedicated. Both provided an unparalleled experience in my 10,000 hours in scum.

But any company can offer hardware. What you pay for is technical assistance and problem resolution. When issues popped up they tended to be game (early access game) rather than host related but GG host always resolved them in a timely and professional manner, often within minutes. I considered their services invaluable.

I would strongly recommend them as host providers, and have done just that for over a year and will continue to do so going forward.

GG Host went above and beyond to save my game file from a dead server and help me start a new sever.

Is that every time you land on the server platform, you have always been sure that real people?? Click on any option to identify a real person?? I don't know if this is a form of defense, but authentication still fails?? Causing me to waste a lot of time waiting for real person certification?? How to operate the one-time authentication success? How do I know I'm real?

I'm not going to lie, I've been using GGHOST hosting servers for a few months now and it's been great for me! Suffice it to say that except for a slight lag when you have more than 64 people on your server, it doesn't affect the overall gaming experience. All that can be said is that it's fantastic!

Running an Australian SCUM server with GGhost has been an incredibly positive experience. The team's responsiveness via their ticket system is consistently quick and efficient. GGhost has created an easily navigable control panel and customer account page, enhancing user experience. Their communication regarding any updates or alterations is exceptional. While the cost of operation in Australia is significant, our transition to the latest next-gen hardware has virtually eliminated performance issues during gameplay. Definitly recommended!

I host my Scum Server on GGhost and I will tell you I have never had 1 problem. It may cost more than other hosts but there is something to be said about quality game hosting. I highly recommend GGHost to host your game server. Your player community will never complain about lag.

Super fast servers, great customer service, what's not to like?

A very simple and elegant approach to create a new server, at least for Deadside. So far, nothing to complain. The server itself is running smoothly.

I've had my experience with multiple server hosts in the past. I must say my experience was never as smooth as it has been with GG Host. Not only is everything very user-friendly and intuitive... when I felt confused about certain specifics, they helped me within minutes. I'm trying to remember any other hosts I've had that kind of experience with... hmm.. yep.. none.

They werent happy to be flexible with the trial period of the trial fo a server, they wanted my business as I am currently renting a Deadside server from GPortal & only going to give me a 24hour trial to test to see the difference but I needed to populate t your trial server & needed a week to trial, but they refused to entertain this oppotunity, your loss, I have rented upto 10 servers for my community, but they didnt seem to want to help get new business, too bad
