Love it, took some getting used to but it's great!!
My only "issue" is that every now and then we get a lag spike and once it shut off... but still learning so that's why I only did 4 stars. (Could me be not the server)

They are just flipping fantastic. Everything is so painless. Second time for using them to fire up a server and everything was up and running within 30 minutes.

Amazing and prompt service.

Switched hosts from a competitor. Previous dedicated server was nothing but issues, connection problems, lag, fluctuating ping issues and overall a 0 out of 5 stars. Was referred to GG Host by a friend, they are higher (I picked the Dedicated machine as I wanted top of the line for my gaming community) in price but you get what you pay for and trust me its hands down worth it. Best of the best state of the art hardware, 24/7 support on anything you need anytime of the day they will take you seriously and not just a number with experienced technicians that know what they are talking about. I hosted game servers for several years too bad it took me this long to find GG Host. Setup for the machine was fast, they got my backup files from the previous host fast!! I did not have to do a thing GG host took care of it all while i was asleep even!! Woke up to my servers up and populated. Even the shared servers for single server users are phenomenal as I played on them. These guys and gals deserve more than a 5 star rating. Im blown away by performance and support. Will be riding with GG Host for the long term.

Ultra smooth and way easier to work with compared to Nutrado and G-Portal. By far the best out there. Don’t even consider the others.

The servers on the platform are very smooth I'll be using the servers on this platform for a long time if only they were a little cheaper!

Do to the hurricane that came through and with so much on my mind, I missed paying for the server. Which canceled my service for the scum server. After I got another server, GG Host restored all of my game save data without charge, which normally they charge a fee. So freaking happy with these guys!

We initially started with another cheaper hosting service for our Scum server, and pretty much got what we paid for (constantly crashing and losing progress). Then we moved to GG Host and they have been amazing. Everything. From ease of use, to support on queries, they are just great. 100% worth it paying a bit more for what you get.

This week I had a query that they technically did not have to help me with (and I'm sure most companies would have just told me "Sorry, no"), but they went out of their way to assist to keep us up and running.

When Duckside came out, I was interested in hosting a server. I went with GG Host because they were listed in-game as a host. After setting up my server, I found out the company that I use for my dedicated server also hosts Duckside. Wishing to keep things simple, I planned to move my hosting to that company after my first month. GG Host's customer service changed my mind! Their response times to support tickets is amazing. Their knowledge is top notch. Far superior customer service vs my Scum host and my dedicated server host. I'll be staying with GG Host as long as I host this server.

Good and fast support, mostly server near you, and pricing mostly affortable. What else, use their discord, link steam there so they can assist u faster thank you all ^^

Everytime you open a ticket, you get fast reply and they try the best to help you. Since i moved, i have only good words. Recommend +++

We try to rent an ICARUS Dedicated Server. We tried trial one first to test the latencies and the step of how to make the server. We did encounter an issue when creating the trial one but, The support team was fast to respond our ticket (even tho it was a trial), and did a great job on resolving the issue! The server itself is stable with latency around 10-20ms. Yes it was an awesome experience! Those are the points that made us decided to rent the server from GGHost probably if we want to play another game too.
