Needed to upgrade home office pc, including work on images and videos. Had seen specs for larger commercial companies, and the pricing. Found GG Machines, asked for a recommended specification. Delighted with service, build and delivery timeframes. Also, no bloatware. Highly recommended service.

Overall experience was superb and totally 101% recommend. From Robert and the team, being knowledgeable, hospitable and professional when it comes to their craft; their passion and enthusiasm is palpable. The computer I got was a custom part picked rig and they were even giving good advices regarding the pc i was making. Plus the prices on the parts are reasonable especially for Dublin, since the tech/service scene is a bit scarce. Will buy from them again soon. Cheers!

Purchased a custom build from GG Machines about a week ago.
I needed a new computer mostly for productivity but also for a bit of gaming and general entertainment, it has so far exceeded my exceptions every day in terms of performance and there has clearly been much care gone into the build of the PC.
The prompt and helpful correspondence before purchase, and after sale has been exceptional as-well as the in store experience when I went to collect it which was very friendly and a breath of fresh air compared to what I am used to dealing with.
I have faith the system I got built will continue to perform well for many years.
All in all the experience of purchasing through and dealing with GG Machines has been outstanding and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to everyone.

I recently purchased a custom desktop from GGmachines, and I am beyond impressed with both the service and the product. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to customize my build with exactly the components I wanted. What stood out most was the level of support I received from their team — I had wanted a different component for the build and was able to email and get a reply quickly with a link.

They kept me updated with the build and shipping and my PC arrived carefully packed. I was blown away by the attention to detail in the assembly.

Would highly recommend as I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Recently bought my first gaming PC off the guys at gg machines Rob and his team are very professional and give you great advise on what you should get Starting out and know what they are doing when comes to getting you set up with your PC, Rob and his team custom mademy PC for me on my request, No problems at all Rob had all the components that i wanted in stock definitely will be back for Upgrades thank you so much!

This is my second PC that I have received from GGMachines and there is a reason I went back a second time. Rob and the guys have massive knowledge and skill with PC building. They never try to oversell. A part I wanted for my build was out of stock and Rob searched and found the part for me. Excellent customer service. I will be back for my next PC.

My son is really interested in PC builds and was explained and shown in detail how to go about doing additional steps which I thought was a great motivator for anyone starting builds.
for anyone who wants to upgrade a gaming PC robert and team should be 1st choice as they have great knowledge and give expert advice on upgrade parts with price comparison or best choice item within your selected budget,
He doesn't try sell you something for sake of selling, he gave honest advice for long-term use and investment for future selling, installed i7 processor and cooling fan and updated drives,
To add to this customer service was on point, He was very patient and with our lack of knowledge but understood what our end result should be.
The PC IS FLYING and will be going back soon for monitor when funds prevail.

notice .
Great communication and he has been very transparent about how he conducts the business.
