I’m absolutely loving the tables and benches from GGM Mobel – the quality is truly amazing! They look fantastic and feel durable, definitely worth the investment. Just a small suggestion: it would really help if the staff received more training in customer service. Initially, someone was handling my inquiries, but they were replying only once a week, which felt very unprofessional. Thankfully, I was later assisted by Muhammad, and he completely turned the experience around. He responded quickly, stayed in touch throughout the entire process, and even followed up after my order was delivered to make sure I was satisfied. My order was very delayed and I had to make several calls to the customerservice before i got my product after 8 weeks instead of 2/3 weeks but because the employer Stephan J was very nice and patiënt and did every time I contacted l all he could do to fix it and solve the problem so I could get as fast as possible my product I had an overall good experience despite the long waiting time of delivery. This Company ( this employer) did everything he could and solved this situation to my satisfaction. Keep this employee and even when there accures some kind of problem you will keep satisfied customers. BesideI am happy with my good quality projection screne I will recommend this company for its good service by this employee

We have placed a large order recently. We are very happy with the received products (build quality and looks). The products were well packed and we did not notice anything out of the ordinary. Unpacking and assembling the products was quite a lot of work. Perhaps that could be made a bit easier.
