Never got the product

Never got the product, was told it was damaged in shipping, no offer to replace. and yes I filed a claim with PayPal and got a refund right away, PayPal received their refund 5 days later. the point is! its hard to find a waterproof case for iPhone 13 and after my order was due to be delivered I got a email from your company saying they will issue a refund in 3-5 business days, there was no offer to resend out my order.

Order was promised in 2-3 business days. We are now on week 3 with no return email from customer service. I fully expect the need to dispute this company's charges to my card within the next week. I do NOT recommend working with this company

Sent defective product and was very difficult about replacing the product. If you offer free returns make it easier to send products back without so much hassle. I ened up keeping the case but im not happy and probably won't purchase from them again.

Great case

Great case. This will make my second one for my phone. I broke the belt clip and scratched the camera screen.
Only issue, same as my first case, the power on/off button will not work until I take the case apart a few times and mess with the button. Then it will work no problem. Great protection with this case.

VERY DISHONEST COMPANY

We ordered 3 cases 11/10/24. Shipping was very slow. After inquiring, I was told they shipped, but all they did was purchase a shipping label and took several more days to get the package to the post office. When we finally received the package, it only had 1 case in it. Today is 11/25/24 and they're dragging their feet responding to PayPal. They claimed PayPal was keeping them from refunding the money for the cases not received and they haven't even contacted PayPal to respond to my complaint. The merchandise is quality, but the company has been dishonest and in no hurry to make things right. Very disappointing. We won't do business with them again.

UPDATE: Just read the spin-doctor response provided and we stand behind every word of our review. The response just raises further disappointment. Over 2 weeks ago, we had 3 phones needing cases for our children, in order to protect those investments (teenagers are rough on phones). To date, only 1 phone is protected by a Ghostek case. We didn't create the dispute, we were forced to ask PayPal to help get our money back for merchandise never received. Boasting about getting a third of the order to us in an acceptable time frame is ridiculous.

FINAL UPDATE: We received notification that the case was closed in our favor on 12/13/2024. PayPal noted that Ghostek failed to respond in a timely manner. WELL OVER A MONTH from the date of purchasing 2 items we never received - I believe there's still a waiting period for the refund to reflect in the account. To date, Ghostek has made no attempt whatsoever to offer anything for what transpired. There were NO REPERCUSSIONS for treating customers this way.

A review of your order revealed that it was delivered within 5 business days, after being placed. Standard delivery is 2-6 business days, as stated at checkout.

We will work with PayPal on a speedy resolution to the dispute you have created. A refund will be processed once PayPal gives us an option to do so, as it might take a little bit longer due to the dispute filed. As previously advised, once a dispute is created, we are unable to process any refunds, as that option is not given to us.

Feel free to confer with PayPal, as we have submitted everything requested from them on our end, as soon as you filed a dispute.
