I had a subscription and it kept…

I had a subscription and it kept getting pushed back. I was so confused and eventually I emailed to ask why this was happening because it wasn’t clearly defined. Their initial response was AI generated and didn’t not answer and contradicted the actual cause of the product to be pushed back. The company should do a better job informing subscription clients when product is out and causing issues with their orders. (Eventually like today after I asked I got a clarification email). Also the shipping is SO EXPENSIVE and having to split up my order is impactful when it’s 10 everytime you buy something. Would have been nice to have them override that since I wasn’t able to get my full order and will now have to place two when the product becomes available. I really didn’t get any help just clarification they were sold out of an item.

Great product and service!

First of all I LOVE the product! I struggle to get enough protein in my diet and haven't found many mixes or supplements I actually enjoy. This is fantastic tasting hot cocoa - would never even think it was "good" for me! I recently had an issue with a shipment being delivered and as soon as I reached out to the support team the addressed my issue quickly!

Package damaged? No problem!

I've been an a customer of Ghost for a while now and I love the products.
Recently, I decided to try a new pre-workout flavor, and it was delivered, but the container was damaged in shipping. I reached out for assistance and received immediate resolution from Carlos with a new package in route! Amazing customer service! Well done!

Love the product and variety

Love the product and variety.

Had a box arrived heavily damaged, tampered, with a box of protein bars open and 1 missing. Customer Service was quick to issue a replacement order free of charge.

Customer service is always clutch

Customer service is always clutch - been ordering from them for years and rarely have a problem. Today I got an item that came in with the seal broken, and within an hour or two of my email reporting it, Carlos had me taken care of with a new unit expedited to me. Great company!

Customer support is on point

Customer support is on point. Most places, once they print a shipping label, won’t change it. I got in contact with customer service right after a susbcription renewed and they updated the shipment before it got sent out.

Swift help from the customer support team

An error happened with the delivery address of my order, resulting in it being sent to another country, but they were swift to help and compensate me, sending a new parcel. High quality service and very friendly, special thanks to Carol from the customer support team.
