Regarding the waist belt – you are absolutely right. Some of our older models did not offer the option to choose the belt size separately. We’ve listened to this feedback and improved it in our latest collections, where sizing options are more flexible.

The products are great, return process needs improvement
The products are great. The reason I am not giving the maximum rating is that the processes and communication in case of exchange/return could be improved. My personal experience with exchanging a product (for a different size) took much longer than the 14 business days indicated on the website. First, in the country from which I initiated the exchange — Bulgaria — FAN Courier (the main courier that delivers) has no office and/or official partners. Returning items to Gianna Bellucci is not trackable. I had to seek external proof that I've returned the items. While this was being sorted out, some of the items were no longer available. Additional communication with offices in other countries was required, which further delayed the process.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE! I returned one piece that I ordered that wasn't right size, and because I bought it when it was 1+1 sale, they said that I won't be getting any money in return because I got it as a "gift". In every store when they have 1+1 and you return one item you get 50% of the money back, but here clearly not. Not to mention that I had to pay for the return and nowhere did it say that I won't be getting my money back. Total SCAM!! Funny how in the answear they say that the rules are written, but when buying they don't specify which product is the "gift" and which one are you actually buying. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Bad return experience. Too complicated
The lingerie is cool but i’ve never had such a hard time trying to return an item. The process is so unnecessarily complicated and you have to ship the product yourself, they don’t offer any support/initiate the return process with the shipping company. If i wanted to deliver things I would have started a business. I’m just a consumer wanting to return something that doesn’t fit
