Please please do not use this company we booked in January this year on day of arrival no one was available to contact leaving us in the mire bank tried to get our money back to no avail YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED FORGET THE CHEEPNESS PAY £10 more and get a decent company

no answer on both phone lines/they were dead so I couldn't park with them as i had to book somewhere else to make my flight time! website is still taking bookings/people's money so they need to be stopped!

This service is a Scam.
I booked a week's parking in good faith back in November, as i drive a van that won't fit in most car-parks.
Received a confirmation email with a Google map link and instructions for accessing the car park.
However, on the day, at 3am in the morning, when i cam to drop off my vehicle, I discovered this business doesn't exist. The map link is for a residential area in Ashton under lyne, the contact phone number doesn't work and the office/booking number doesn't pick up and has a permanently full voice mail.
The scam resulted in me missing my flight and having to re-book with another airline, and very nearly missing out on my whole holiday.
I am also reporting this business to the Police.

Scam, they take your money and don't provide the service. Booked a car parking service went to find out no car park exists had to catch a flight in two hours time.

I did book this giant parking garage for 24/11/2025, two days to date 22/11/2025, I received an email copied to everyone likely those booked on same date that the service has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I have tried reaching them through calls and emails and their website no response or reply, for refund and I have open the issue on Klarna twice and it is not resolved, as it was decined.

Upon arrival at your premises, the gates were locked, no staff were present, and repeated attempts to contact your company by telephone were unsuccessful. The site appeared abandoned and entirely unfit for purpose.

As my flight departure was imminent, I was forced to make urgent alternative parking arrangements at significantly higher .

Avoid at all costs. Booked and then needed to cancel straight away, so contacted them. I was asked to email them which I did. They replied and said it would take a few weeks for refund. 6 weeks on and still no refund and they have ignored several emails. I have had to peruse a claim through my bank to get my money back. Do not trust them with your car!

Its a scam dont book with them. i had to find different companies because no one was in car park gate was closed and i called them 30 before but no answer i was calling them sooo many times but no answer…. DONT BOOK WITH THEM

It's a scam. Called them 30 min before we were due to arrive as asked on website, so they can arrange the pick up for the airport. Phone number did go straight to a full in box.
Decided to go there anyway, in the middle of the night, just to find a dark yard with no one there. Found out later that they stopped operating. It's clearly a scam!

Cancelled my booking 12 hours before my flight just a text.. due to operational issues please find alternative parking. No mention of a refund and ignoring my emails. Do not use. Stay clear

It’s a scam. They do fake booking & cancel on your booked date and no response by call or email

Despite still advertising online, this company is no longer operating which was something we only discovered last night after returning from our holiday in freezing cold and dense fog with our 6 year old. We arrived expecting the paid and promised airport pick-up, only to be told they had stopped operating and had left three days earlier. We were left completely stranded at the airport.

As a result, we had to make our own way to this so called “car park” and spend an additional £60 on an Uber. From the very beginning, the setup raised serious concerns. When we first arrived for our holiday, we were shocked at how unprofessional and unsafe the operation looked, it was essentially an abandoned piece of land with no security, no barriers, and no visible safety measures. The vehicle transporting us was a very beaten-up transit van, which already felt suspicious.

We had paid extra for drop-off and pick-up, so an additional £12 on top of the price to park. When we called the provided number last night to arrange our collection, a so-called “security” guard answered and informed us that no one works there anymore.

When we eventually reached the car park ourselves, we saw hundreds of cars still parked there, clearly belonging to customers who will likely face the same situation. It’s disgusting to think how many more families, especially those with children, will be left stranded like this.

This whole operation feels like an illegal business that has taken people’s money and disappeared without consequences. We have reported this to the police as we believe they have not operated in an honest or lawful manner. Their website is still live and taking bookings, so please, avoid at all costs.

Very helpful, spot on price ,bang on time fitted us in when we got there earlier than we said,went to Ireland for weekend 10 to 15 mins wait pickup spot on

I would not recommend anybody use this company.

Not impressed, and not convinced operation is even legal. There is no sign posting of the premises and the site does not fill you with confidence on security, language was an issue with some staff not having a very good knowledge of English. The shuttle to the airport was unfit to be on the road with warning sounds from the engine management, clutch gone and slow acceleration so dangerous on the route using motorways..
The return was a different vehicle with windows that didn’t open (broken) and driver took 4 calls on his hand held mobile and was dictating the spelling for texts to his associate so not paying full attention to driving.
Journey time was longer than stated both ways, their get out was ‘depending on traffic’ but as the route is 15miles and involves the M60 and M56 that’s not a surprise now of course. Also had to pay the airport drop off and collection fees as they wouldn’t use the free drop off zone.
I will not be using them again.

As I have previously stated do not ever use this company the reviews that have been put on recently are completely false again I will say the van is dangerous do not put yourselves or children in this dangerous vehicle the so called staff who drive this vehicle I would not trust with a pram they will change the payment situation and confront you without a bit of remorse the toilet was disgusting and smelt worse than the van no security at all no lights no office and payments on there personal phones KEEPAWAY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you will regret if you do
