I ordered the Bijou handbag and I am absolutely thrilled with it! The craftsmanship is beautiful and the quality is far beyond what I expected. The bag feels luxurious, looks elegant, and it truly stands out — I receive compliments almost every time I wear it.

It’s clear that a lot of attention to detail goes into the making of these handbags. The leather, the stitching, the design — everything is spot on. I love how versatile the Bijou is; it matches both casual and more elegant outfits.

The ordering process was smooth and the customer support was friendly and responsive. I can honestly say that this purchase was worth it, and I would definitely order from Giarité again.

I ordered the Prismelle during the pre-order phase, and although it took a little while for the bag to arrive, it was absolutely worth the wait! The craftsmanship is outstanding — the bag feels incredibly high-quality, looks luxurious, and you can immediately tell it’s handmade with care.
Every time I wear it, people notice and compliment it. I totally love it and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Definitely worth it!

AVOID - SCAM.
I have ordered a bag end of August 2025 on next day delivery and received the bag after 5 weeks in October 2025.
When chasing customer service since I had ordered this for a wedding, they kept promising different dates that they would expect my order to be shipped and clearly they had no clue what was going on on their end.
After receiving the bag which failed to make it to the estimated shipping window, I wanted to return the bag, the customer service said they were unable to process any returns since the return portal is temporarily unavailable due to a system issue. I have contacted my credit card provider and raised and dispute and the citizens advise since they are violating the consumer’s rights legislation. Last not least the quality of the bag was below average since they used heavy metallic welding for the inner lining making the bag very heavy and not practical to use.

The customer service is appalling and the company is clearly a scam - DO NOT ORDER.

In same position as others, wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This company is a scam, who steal money and don’t comply with Consumer Contract Regs

Customer service is awful, and they will do everything they can to avoid complying with Consumer Contracts Regulations.

I ordered a bag, still not shipped, Iv tried to cancel and they refuse.

Therefore I’ll be contacting trading standards and PayPal to cancel my payment as this is fraud.

AVOID - Clearly a scam company.
I have ordered over a week ago on next day delivery and have still not received any information regarding shipment.
When chasing customer service it took 4 times to get a response - they claimed my email went to spam however I used their own online support twice & sent two follow up emails so this is just a blatant lie. I was strung along saying they are asking their warehouse for an update but no update has come and they take over 24 hours to reply to each email.
I then asked for them to cancel and refund my order which they completely ignored and told me they will chase my order when the warehouse reopens after the weekend!!?? I had ordered this for my wedding and there is absolutely no trust this will arrive on time so I want my order cancelled immediately.
The customer service is appalling and the company is clearly a scam - DO NOT ORDER.

I highly recommand Giarite! The high quality of the bags is very very good, the price very low. Everybody looked at my bag and asked where do yo have it? Buy with trust feom this shop!

My most beloved bag!

I had high expectations of this brand after seeing their Instagram and oh boy... they DELIVERED! From the packaging to the actual bags which are very roomy btw, everything was great! I can fit many things and still wear a special and beautiful handbag! Can't wait to see the new pieces coming out!

Ordering from Giarite went from a nice experience to the worst! After ordering one bag I decided to get more colors and asked them politely if ordering multiple extra bags would get me any discount. The answer was yes and I went ahead and got more colors of the same bag. Decided I prefer the one I have and to give the same to my daughter. Trying to send the remaining bag back turned into a deceitful mess. Trying to initiate a return online within the required timeframe wasn’t possible so I contact them. I get a response that since they were discounted I can’t return? What??? I ordered multiple bags and YOU gave me a discount code. They weren’t discounted to begin with and didn’t come with a note „ reduced items cannot be returned“ . I tell them how I feel and they graciously tell me as a ONE TIME exemption I can return. Sure enough the link doesn’t work …. nothing works! Complaining and telling them about my frustration and how I feel trapped with this „ nice discount“ „ too bad you can’t return“ way they now offer me to send it all the way back to London on my expense of course! I’m not a company that enjoys some flat rates for shipping. They know it won’t be worth paying the exorbitant price for shipping…. NEVER again and convinced friends to shop somewhere else!!!!

Their customer service is amazing and very attentive, they corrected a shipping issue immediately and were very sweet about it. As for the bags, well, what can I say?! They are absolutely stunning and well made bags and prove that animals don't need to be tortured to look good. They are also sustainable and ethical. I can't recommend this company enough.

I bought the Black Brilly and it is gorgeous. The material is gem encrusted but it is really soft to touch and the sparkle is insane. My family was visiting and I already got so many compliments. The shipping took a tiny bit longer but customer service was really helpful and assured me that my package will be with me soon. Overall a very positive experience

I have ordered several beautiful handbags from Giarite and not only are they gorgeous, they are well crafted. Additionally the Customer Support provided is nothing less than superb. From "soup to nuts" dealing with Giarite is an absolute pleasure. Additionally, Diana in Customer Support has been wonderful in helping to resolve a minor problem.
