This company is a scam exchanged my giftcard £370 to airline vouchers only to find 5 airlines were available not 450 and at extortionate prices and could only use 2 of my 3 vouchers as they were exchanged at maximum value2 at £150 1 at £70 absolutely seething...rang a girl at giftcard who did not have clue said I can't change back to alternative giftcard and told me to contact airline gifts which don't have a phone number or email wtf.... shame on you giftcard as a company people's hard earned cash lost probably disgraceful...

High Transaction/Service Fees
I got a gift card for £10 and went to redeem it for an amazon giftcard. When i added it to the basket, it only game me a £7.50 giftcard. ABSOLUTE DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! There is no reason you need a £2.50 transaction free, its simply ridiculous.
