We have purchased a total of 3 beds from The Gifted Touch and have had AMAZING customer service - everyone you speak to and deal with from the person on the phone, their online chat, to the delivery guys are great. The beds are amazing as well and they have a great variety. Will never order from another company......thank you!!!

Excellent customer service. I've been a customer since 2011, and have had the owner speak to me personally when I have had problems. From the person who takes your initial call to the owner, himself, very professional!

I ordered a chair from Gifted Touch, after spending hours on end researching my options. I spoke with Jeff by phone and explained the minutiae of the various options available. I needed a comfortable, adjustable chair with ankle stirrups and ended up choosing one that I thought would meet my needs. I was updated regarding delivery every step of the way. I opted for curbside delivery to save on costs, but it was not too difficult to move into the spa using a furniture dolly, like Jeff had suggested. Everything was delivered intact and in good working condition. This chair is just what I needed, adjusting height or client position using the foot pedals is really easy and this has really made a difference to my injection procedures!

So far the chair is working great and is very nice. Shipping went smooth. There are no instructions included to explain about the chair, nor instructions to put together the stool that was ordered. The company has been friendly when contacted.

Took them a couple of phone calls to get it right, They had good intent.
Finally got it ordered and await the massage tables arrival. This is the
2nd time we have ordered from them. They are prompt and have good
follow through.

Great Customer service from start to finish.

Highly disappointed with the experience and the table.
It gets one star because it was shipped in a timely fashion.
The table fabric was flawed in an obvious location, the foot pedals were not factor labeled as to what they operated, the decal that outlined what plug is which was found loose in the mix and doesn’t adhere to the back and the arm pieces do dot stop in the upright position. We ordered leg supports and got ankle supports, and the stool fabric doesn’t match the table.
All of this would have been acceptable for a $1200 table, but not an over $5000 table! Finally the CEO was ultra responsive when I was looking to purchase, but not so when I made these comments.
I will not purchase this table again.

Would give zero stars if possible. Placed order 2 weeks ago. No correspondence at all. Have call company 3 days in a row to get status of order. Their service says they can’t help, no one in office to find out delivery status. How does a company take thousands of dollars and promise to deliver in 5-7 days? Now going on 2 weeks and nothing! Horrible company stay away!

Love the new procedure chair. Customer service, ordering and delivery were easy and fast. My only recommendation is to provide operation and set up materials. :)

gifted Touch provided personal service in a quick and organized manner. Really a flawless system that I have used several times for exam chair and sitting stools. The product is beautiful too!

The chair shipped quickly, and arrived on time. Quality of the support has been excellent.

Shipping not good and product is made very cheap. I will be returning or getting a discount . This product I had no quality

We have made 2 large purchases now. First purchase was 9 exam chairs and stools 2 years ago for our dermatology office. They are great for both our medical/surgical days and our cosmetic/laser days. The 1 touch return button is so convenient once procedure is over. The swivel feature is also incredibly helpful. We recently purchased 4 more chairs for our new office. The customer service with both purchases was fantastic! I will definitely use gifted touch for my next equipment purchases.
