Left disappointed ☹️
I received the two items from order #34013 and within only a few hours the two items ordered developed holes. The pink rabbit cannot be used now as the gel contents are coming out of the toy due to the hole being so big and the unicorn toy has developed two small holes which will inevitably get bigger leading to the same issue. I understand that children’s toys won’t last forever, but I am disappointed that the products have failed within the first day of delivery. I also emailed the sales team on the 04.04.24 to request replacements or a refund and to date (14.04.24) have not received a response which is also disappointing.
