I brought this for my great nieces 1st birthday. I'm absolutely over the moon, it's so beautifully made and having it engraved gives it such a personal touch. My great niece just loves the lullaby. I would definitely recommend this item. Great service thank you

Just want to say a massive thank you to. I ordered a plague for my gran for going on a trip I can’t cancel which means I’d miss my funeral. I really needed it before I went away, I paid extra to get express delivery but it still said the latest I’d get it was the day I was leaving for my holiday. I emailed to ask if I could push my order and within an hour they replied and said they’d try their best. I then received it two days later 3-4 days before I was suppose to. I was over the moon because I was stressing about not getting it in time and it looks better than I expected.

Very fast delivery and the personalised snow globe is amazing!!! Highly recommend them!

I bought 3 personalised calendars, very nice, lovely quality and quick delivery.

However, I was disappointed when looking at the calendars to see there are no significant dates, bank holidays, Easter it would have been nice to add these on in future.

I bought personalised pencils for my nephew, and they came loose without a box, which is not good for the present. I feel like I wasted money, as obviously I expected a box for it. So, they are not recommended as a gift. I'm so disappointed.

Ordered a personalised glasses case for my child’s glasses. It’s arrived and it’s tiny, not sure what glasses would fit in it . I emailed and was told measurements were on the description, but I thought a standard case would fit a child’s pair of glasses. So double check before you order as I’m stuck with no use for this now, really disappointed

I ordered a product from Gift Moments, which turned up ahead of schedule, but was unfortunately damaged. I reached out to the customer service, and I received a response straightaway. Within half an hour, they confirmed they would send me a replacement, free of charge, and expedited through next day delivery. That did indeed happen, and I was able to get my order in time for an event I was attending a day later. Very rare to find such quality and prompt resolution for online purchases. Will happily use again.

I placed an order after my grandad passed away for a solar light memorial personalised item. It came 2 days prior to his funeral and also arrived 1 week earlier than expected it was a gift for my nan. Amazing service all. Great customer care and feedback

I ordered a bracelet for my son in 15th Nov for Xmas, it never arrived and was returned to sender. I have asked for a refund but they have completely ignored all 5 emails I’ve sent, it’s now 3rd Jan. Customer service is non existent and I would never order from this company. Absolute scammers

I purchased a custom hat as a gift and unfortunately upon receipt it was too small. Upon contacting Gift Moments they immediately arranged for production and dispatch of the correct sized hat which was gratefully received. Excellent customer service, just need to be clearer on sizing guidelines during purchase process.

My advice would be check size if order a book I assumed normal size but very small writing tiny I wouldn't be able to read it hoping my son can
