Absolutely devastating to be giving a bad review! I order 3 personalised air fresheners in memory of my dad! For me and my brothers. Just a little Something to have in our cars. I ordered on 13th July. And now to this date still nothing. I emailed on the 3rd august heard noting back. Gone to email again and boom email can’t be send so they have blocked me. Shame on you

Would give zero if I could!
Like many others placed an order in good faith and I’m still waiting 4weeks on despite emailing requesting an update on my order and hearing nothing back!!!
Avoid at all costs - an absolute sham of a company

Never normally post a review but keep getting asked to give a review on this. Haven’t even received anything, emailed the company not heard anything back. As it didn’t arrive I also never got to give it to my girlfriend for her birthday. Bit disappointing, so would avoid buying.

I ordered a gift for my partner on July 10th and received an email on July 13th to tell me that my order would be with me in 3-5 business days. It is now August 7th and i still haven’t received my order. I have emailed the support team multiple times to ask why i still haven’t received my parcel and to ask for help tracking
my order, but no one has reached my ur to help me. I am extremely upset and would like some answers.

Never received my item I paid for. Tried to contact company with no response. Used the links to track my item to which the links said not valid.

I ordered the present on the 10/7/23 and still hasn't arrived. Tried contacting 2 times and no reply so I've been scammed out my money. It was an important present for my sister so don't order from here if you're expecting something to come.

Ordered well in time for my partners birthday but came very late, even emailed asking where item was and got no reply very poor wouldn’t recommend at all

Scammers. Take your money and run, ordered on the 17th saying will he dispatched with an email, nothing. Clicked on the website and nothing can be found anywhere. Pack of invalids for doing this.

Shocking service. 4 airfreshners ordered, email received 7/7 to say they had been dispatched. Still not received, 2 emails have been ignored and a third one has been sent requesting a refund. Dont bother using this company it appears a lot more people are having the same problem.

Shocking company service.
Ordered numerous air fresheners. Waited weeks and weeks. Told they were resending. Then royal mail eventually put a card through saying I had to pay extra as not enough postage paid?!?! Emails upon emails then I contacted trading standards. Told the company, then I had a reply. Finally got an email saying they have refunded me. Let's see if it appears in my bank shall we?!?! Watch this space?!? Trading standards are at the ready to intervene???!

I really don’t understand why this company takes so long to send them out and when they do that takes ages to come too!? Someone finally got back to me and then never heard from them again. Honestly won’t be ordering from them again. I lost £12 as I never received my order

Maybe I will get one day NOT!

Not worth trying to get my money back as I’m getting frustrated and it’s not worth the stress when you don’t even have good communication skills and customer service!!!

Ordered a personalised air freshener for a present, it never arrived. I got in contact and was told that a replacement would be sent. This also never arrived?! It's hard to believe royal mail can mess up twice so don't believe a replacement was sent, I am now not getting replies to emails. Poor service and will not shop here again

No communication
I emailed twice regarding my order and got no reply. Took over two weeks from when I ordered them to be delivered. Awful service. Wouldn’t recommend.
