Experience with the hammock
I hang up the hammock in the apartment. I try to do some exercises, I saw on YouTube. I´m a man (1,8 meters tall) ,and for some exercises the hammock seem to be a little bit too small. But it feel really good and makes a lot of fun to sit inside or trying some exercises.
