SCAMMED. HSNTVDIRECTUK.CO.UK. We ordered our daughter a maxi glider for Christmas, received confirmation email followed by a dispatched email. Money taken from bank account. After a week we received another email saying they will give another 15% off because of delay, which we did not get. We tracked our parcel using the tracking number given through the dispatched email (courier Europe parcel) it was in Reading and we would receive it tomorrow, Christmas Eve. We were home all day then we received an email saying parcel was left with a neighbour at 5.15pm but it was not. Very disappointed, emailed them with no reply and telephone number is not recognised. Searching for website now and it is nowhere to be found apart from other people like us stating they have been scammed.

This company deserves no stars but website doesn't allow...I brought a maxi glider 360 from this Company they took my money and in return no product!! Lucky for me I'm realated to a police women and they have been passed on to the fraud department. Where they will get there what they deserve... Robbing people avoid this company at all costs...

SCAMMERS, my first ever time I've been scammed, so mad. They take money confirmation email then order on way email then nothing SCAMMERS

I ordered a giant bean bag more than 4 weeks ago, i got a confirmation email but the bean bag still hasn't arrived, i can only assume that it's a scam,does anyone know how to get our money back please?

Looks like I've joined the growing number of people to get scammed by this company. I ordered from them mid August 2020, nothing received despite my order saying "delivered". No date of delivery, no signature or photo, no response to e-mails sent.....DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I have ordered a present for my husband off this company and have had no conformation email but where quick enough to take my money also email and no reply. How can I get my money back

Ordered 3 weeks ago an item off them.. nothing arrived.. no confirmation... emailed numerous addresses.. rang a phone number... and yes they took payment.. any way of me getting my money back!!

I have made an order tried to ring and email. Which on both occasions did not work. I had a message to stay thank you for my order. Do not order anything.

My partner made a drunken mistake of ordering a 7ft beanbag. They took the money, confirmed puechase...... Low and behold, it hasn't arrived. Contact email address does not exist.

Would give zero if I could.

I ordered from them they took money out off account and i never recieved anything even though they send a email confirming purchase you email them and no such address beware these are a scam

They are a scam I was scammed by them, they send you an email of purchase so it looks legit until you don't receive the items & decide to email them which turns out to be a non functioning email address. Scumbags.

This is a scam. They just copy the ads from other website and collect money.
