False advertising. Says all products made in the U.S. and sold through warehouses in the US, UK and Australia. Mine took several weeks and guess where it came from? China. I don't buy things from China because I know they have terrible labor protections. And it was the wrong size, wrong color and cheap fabric. The dress looks nothing like the photo.
This company flooded my Facebook with ads promoting a particular dress from a well known influencer. I made the mistake of ordering the dress in two different colors. Before placing the order, I went to the company’s website to review their return policy to ensure I could return them if they didn’t fit or I didn’t like them. The order took awhile to arrive and when I finally got it, I was disappointed with the quality. The dresses are made in polyester fabric that has a noticeable sheen. The black version especially looks quite cheap. Additionally, the material is not double-sided—the underside is a solid off-white, which is visible and detracts from the overall appearance.
Be aware that returns are also a challenge. The company does not respond to the email listed on their website for initiating returns, making the process frustrating and unresolved.
