This was my worst buying experience ever! I ordered 6 coats before black Friday, I got 5 coats 2 months later! Cheap garbage and inferior materials. No real return availability either. No updates as to your purchase. I hate these people!!! Don't buy from them. Don't say you weren't warned!!! Zero stars as a matter-of-fact 3 thumbs down.

I ordered 2 jackets and after 4 months they arrived and were nothing at all like what I ordered. Couldn’t get my money back and to return the products it cost more than the original price because you have to ship them to China at your cost....
A complete SCAM !!!
Do not purchase anything from them !!!

buzzmus is crap. i'v ordered 3 jackets for me and a couple of friends, one arrived and it was a very bad quality copy of the N-1, the other two? never seen them.. i've sent them almost 20 emails and they offer me 13USD refound ( never get it ) and no snswer about the 2 jackets missing. totaly shXXXt

Nova Plum falsely advertises it products, accepts purchase funds, and never delivers the product or refunds the purchase. Even after multiple requests.
do yourself a favor. DONT PURCHASE
I personally have lost over $100 dollars which at this point I don't expect to recover

Cannot believe a man of my intelligence could fall for such a con.
Furthermore, once a full refund was agreed I’ve had 8 weeks of excuses relating to the very slow refund process

Absolute crap...DO NOT BUY THE N1 JACKET..(THE JACKET YOU RECEIVE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE THEIR PHOTOS...you will receive a piece of rubbery material made to look like the N1 jacket. It looks like it was put together in under 5 minutes...in 55 years this is the worst purchase I’ve ever made...opened a case, and got a partial refund through PayPal...jacket has gone in the dustbin.

ordered a sheepskin coat. WHen it arrived two months later it wasnt! It is a cheap acrylic copy. Dont touch this lot!!

Ordered and paid on 15 November 2019 up to now nothing was received, now they are telling me the item ordered is out of stock, and to change the order....we will see what they are going to send and wen.

I ordered a men’s suede leather, Longmire style coat about 3 months ago. After contacting the company and my credit card issuer a month ago to cancel the order, the cheap piece of crap, washable cloth coat arrived today. Definitely not leather. The pictures they used probably were taken from the Overland Sheepskin Company, which sells an actual leather coat listed as the McKinley Cappuccino leather coat. Imagine that. These companies should be banned from selling in this country and that clown that runs facebook should be liable for any loss that a person suffers, due to these scam ads on Facebook.

OK here is the deal.. I ordered a Sued? coat that was 85% off. The coat looked good in the picture so I ordered it. It was to be delivered in 10 to 18 days Two months later I finally got the coat. When I opened the package my wife and I laughed our asses off. This is the cheapest piece of crap I ever saw. I blame myself for falling for this scam. If it's too good to be true, you know the rest. I hope that you read these reviews before you make a purchase. The company is total crap.

Totally a scam, item was not even close to what was in the picture and description. After dozens of email they keep replying with a generic email stating to login to their resolution center..Guess what the links that they sent is not on the web !!

Rip off. Ordered The Walt Longmire coat on Nov 11 Finally got it Jan 14. It is nothing like the picture or how it is described. Plus it smells horrible. I will be sending back.

which only supplies some of what you buy from them, I bought 23-11-2019 a long coat and a pair of winter boots for small $ 200 from NOVAPLUM.COM but only received something that was similar to the winter coat I bought but was thin fabric and not at all as described. !! I still have not received the boots and have written to them several times and they wrote once back they were shipped ... yes thank you they have been since 30-11-2019 but postnord in DK has not received any package with that number but can see as they write they were sent 30-11-2019 from China. Now they have closed their website and stolen over $ 100 from me as surely they never see boots. !! Total fraud ...

This company is terrible and works under several different company affiliation names. I ordered shoes which were so ridiculously junk and nothing even close to what I had ordered. I saw them appear on several different company names which I believe Novaplum is associated with. In November my husband ordered a leather coat & a hat as he didn't recognize or know of my issue with Novaplum. It was promised 3 week delivery. The coat still hasn't arrived; the country leather hat did about 1 week ago but it was mailed in regular us mail in a vinyl bag and was flattened. We have been contacting them via email & they keep giving excuses. Do not order from this company

This stuff is junk from China. Do not purchase! Looks good on Facebook but when you finally receive the clothing it will be crap. I know from experience!

Ordered Hat and scarf and a sheepskin coat from them. Had to continually chase them with emails for a delivery. Hat and scarf arrived. Not bad. Coat took ages and alot more emails to chase them.
Eventually it arrived. I was surprised it actually arrived as by then I had read on line some horror stories about the company.

Coat cost $54.50 and honestly was probably not worth $10. Not one piece of it is sheepskin. Not sure what its made of, but certainly manmade fabric. As I purchased through facebook but by paypal I opened up a case. In last few days they have offered me 25/27 and now 30$ compensation with the promise that I can keep the coat. I am pushing for a full refund. Don't mind sending it back to the UK address on the delivery label (Birmingham if anybody wants it?) as I have no interest in it, not even tried it on.
