I had come across some negative feedback in regard to Giftsnideas, including claims of being a scam, but this was after I had ordered. I contacted the company and was reassured immediately. Not only was my order delivered in full and on time, but a personal touch was also added which made a great deal of difference to the recipient. When a company follows through, and goes beyond, I am more than willing to give positive feedback.

Scam, untrustworthy, looting our money. Very poor service. Show something else on website & deliver low quality products of their own choice. 0/10 service.

Gift received on time, Gift that we ordered BUT No Basket as shown at the time of purchase. Follow up after delivery to let us know it was delivered was done. I guess now that is a half truth.
I originally posted 5 star, I am now changing this due to learning the gift did not arrive as a gift, it arrived like it was a box of chocolate supplies, This is not what I paid for. A Gift should look like a Gift, especially when it is meant to be special for loved ones. Should look like what I purchased. I was not ordering supplies. I assume a basket is apart of the cost and staffing to put hampers together is required but I guess you take customers money and also take short cuts and not give what was paid for.
I changed my mind, I will never order from Gifts n Idea’s ever again.

How do you deliver something that was canceled 3times .you’re the worst company every . I wouldn’t use your company to clean my toilet.you’re 7days late .

Extremely hurtful and the poorest. They don't care for which occasion someone sends gifts. They're just the opposite of their name. Firstly they didn't deliver on time. I made a special request to deliver the gift to my son on his birthday who is staying away from me for more than two years. Secondly, they did not accept their mistake and started playing the blame game. Thirdly, they don't see customers' convenience and left the gift at some toll station. The timing was such it did not suit him and made him extremely uncomfortable. Their attitude and, work are highly unprofessional. They should compensate for the mental harassment caused to me and my son.

At first, I’m a bit hesitant to order cause its my first time to try this app. Fortunately the gift that I ordered is delivered on time to my bestfriend in Germany! Thanks guys!

Very poor service, not recommended to anyone at all. The flowers that I have received were completely different than what I ordered and paid for. different flowers with lower price than I paid.

They are on time and super great in what they do.
Had to change dates of delivery and they changed it with no problem.

I ordered a product as a gift for one of my friend. The gift was delivered to the neighbour and he had to collect the gift from them. The product was good. I deducted a star because the delivery guy didn't call the phone number I have mentioned in case of unavailability and this lead to one day delay in receiving the order. But overall the experience was ok for me.

Spent 100 on a specific cake to be delivered and they replaced it with a completely different one. I received no warning of this, in fact the only reason I know a different one was deliveredwas because the recipient showed me what they had received. I tried calling but was passed around and someone actually refused to take my phone call. The company needs to rework an efficient business model and try again. They did deliver on time though. Lol

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! How are they allowed to operate! It’s a scam and no one should order, shows delivered but no delivery!!! DONT ORDER!

I ordered on 2 February. Delivery was scheduled for 14 February. Nothing has been delivered so far.. they did sent me an email that the delivery was completed but this was not the case. They say to get back to me within 10 to 12 hours a few days ago.. they did get back to me and did what was necessary to get my gift to the recipient... So in the end everything was solved well and i feel they do care for their customers.
