I paid €157 for cake and chocolate. But they delivered €10 Value cake from supermarket and €2 value chocolate. I paid 157€ for 15€ worth gift.

I ordered a hamper for my niece good exam result. The supposed hamper was just packed inside a box with 1/2 the content shown in the catalogue. It also suppose to be place in a basket. 4 persons fr co responded saying noted abt complain but suppose to come back with resolution 1 week hone by nothing done. Disappointed plus feel cheated.

Excellent service and a very responsive team

Ordered a fruit basket for delivery to my daughter in Australia following the birth of her daughter.
The quantity of fruit in the delivered basket was miserable.
I could have purchased it for less than 20 euro here in Ireland. It cost me over 100 euros. Rip off in extreme.
Customer agent Bella did deal satisfactory with my complaint but the embarrassment was already suffered.

It's the second time i ordered from this site. I'm in Belgium and bought flowers for someone in china. The delivery was on time and everything went well. Only the communication speed could have been a bit better. But i understand they are working hard to make everything perfect

Placed order but it was flagged as scam and I had to upload documents to prove identity. The upload button was not working and had to reach out to customer care via chat/email. The response time is very long and that leaves no idea where your parcel is.
But the end result was as expected, the parcel delivered right in time and the same as shown on website.
Keep up good work and please improve customer support.

Order number 021319761 was supposed to be delivered on 21st march that was never delivered, and after making a complaint Bella helped me to have it delivered on Wednesday 27 April

Good Service & Great Quality

Honestly I was a little skeptical after seeing so many bad reviews, but I can say wholeheartedly they delivered my gift in a reasonable amount of time and the recipient was extremely happy.

I do however think they could invest a little more in responding to some of these negative comments, nobody is perfect and running a business is by no means easy, but proper communication is important and it would mean a lot to see some form of response.

In summary, I would recommend them, amd I'm very grateful 🙏 .

yeah the delivered product was good, recipient was very happy so can’t fault the delivery service. although the online service wasn’t so great as i tried live chat and whatsapp chat and took very long to get a response - 3 hours on the whatsapp chat before a response from a live executive and once i heard back i waited another 2 hours for a reply to my second question. Despite this the service was good would recommend for international gifts.

The order was late for the birthday due to holidays. I was contacted and and given a new estimated delivery time. The gift basket was very nice.

Firstly they told me the items I ordered weren't available and tried to offer substandard alternatives, secondly it says customer service is 24/7 but they never reply to emails or online live chat, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!!

When I booked my order it was specifically requested be delivered a day before my mom's birthday. They delivered it on the day of my mom's birthday and was already late in the afternoon when I requested the time to be after lunch. And I had been trying to call the customer support number but my call was always dropped off. My sister said it was not the delivery man who called her but someone from their office. I thought the cake will be big because I paid $47.56 including delivery fee but it turned out the cake was small square one not rectangle one. I had bad experience on my first transaction with this company. I don't know if there will be second one.
