To be honest, like many here I read the reviews after I placed my 8 orders. It supposed to be business gifts to our partners. I am from Toronto, and partners are in Germany. Parcels were delivered, moreover, Sarah from customer service contacted me herself via whatsup to confirm that everything is ok. Besides my personal worries I started having after reading the reviews, I have nothing to complaint about. Unfortunately, due to the fact that it is the business gifts I didn't ask to send me the pictures of how the deliveries were looking like. But I hope it was looking good.

It was a smooth experience from payment to receiving the gift. The gift was delivered quickly and on time.

We ordered the gift in the US to be delivered to Netherlands at specific date. The order was dey on time and the recipient was very pleased with aesthetic and the quantity of the delivery.

Worst service I have ever received in my life. My order was 2 days late and I had sent this order for my husband’s birthday. I had to face so much embarrassment. I tried contacting giftsnideas through various platforms and got answers on nothing and was totally ignored. Also the product I sent my husband isn’t even the same from what was written or shown on their page. Even after receiving it late the product wasn’t the same. This is my last mistake buying from these guys and will never be returning again. Just a big waste of my time, money and efforts. Do not recommend at all, please save your money.

I have used this company in the past, but not for fresh fruit. The fruit basket was very, very disappointing. The fruit was green and sour. The recipient suggested not using this company again. I agree!
