Horrible. The order was late 10 days and stil lthey didn't apologise or offered to give additional gifts or refund! It was for a birthday and I'm not sure they will deliver for Valentine's. This is my 2nd delayed order and 10th order in total

My order wasn't delivered in time even though I did it in advance and mailed support to be sure they will deliver my gift in time (they just didn't respond). It was late for days, not only hours or next day even, and the recipient eventually just left the country by that moment. They left the gift to nobody and ignore my request to give my ~100 Euro back. Any live chats or email were totally silent to all my messages that I started to send them when gift wasn't delivered in time. The giftsnideas had finally responded me only after I use a Feedback button on their site and rate my experience as extremely bad (this is a lifehack how to reach these scammers ultimately, but the best advice for anyone is to NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL). Even after this they started to say me some bull**it about the local courier didn't find an address and so on so force, while I used the same address for delivery of all kinds of things for A LOT of times before. They tried to ensure me the gift will finally be delivered, but it didn't happen for next 4 days more. Until when my girlfriend, as I said, already left the country of delivery without my gift.

I honestly felt the delivery was very smooth, with minimal calling, and the flavor and texture were very delectable. I also appreciated the instant customer service.

I remain grateful for your responsiveness to supply anew fresh flowers when I complained about the quality of the first flower delivery. Your team sprang into action and replaced the flowers immediately without additional cost to me. I like that and my beneficiary is happy with the correction. I will order from you again.

The fruit basket was high quality, well assembled, and it included an apology note for the late delivery. My recipient was very happy with the surprise.

The only thing was the Live Chat did not work on time and could not track my order- that it was delivered - so the confusion. You may understand, I wanted it to be a surprise.

You delivered dead flowers. You accepted to deliver as scheduled but you delivered on 6th January 2023 instead of 31st December 2022.

Ordered online to have a delivery date of December 20 which was accepted. Delivery was made on December 23. I was disappointed that no one communicated with me about this delay. Having used this company before and having no problem, I didn't hesitate to use them again. Now, my thoughts are different. I even tried contacting them myself but received no response. I then looked them up on BBB and read many negative reviews.

I ordered 3 gifts on this website for Christmas. All 3 are delayed by 2 days. After multiple attempts to contact them via all available channels, they replied saying due to 'THE RUSH', orders will be delivered before December 25. Now on Christmas Eve, I got a message from customer care saying I didn't pay for one of the orders. But my Credit Card statement says otherwise.

Awful customer service, said delivered but recipient never received it. I followed up on email 4+ times over a week with a reply asking for 48 hours to look into it then nothing. I have chase again multiple times on email, live chat and whatsapp - all which have been ignored and no reply. AWFUL customer service and I will never use it again.

ORDER STATUS SHOWED "DELIVERED" BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE GIFT
This is my second time used of this online service. Last year was a delightful experience for me and my friend living in Tennessee. I thought this year would be the same experience who knows it's a SCAM... I also wonder why there was a call verified my card details upon placing the order. I thought maybe it was due to I placed an order from Singapore to USA. I feel bad now as my friend didn't receive my Christmas gift this year but worried for me instead. 😰

It was a really amazing experience. Ordered a fruit basket and it was delivered perfectly. Packed beautifully with flowers and wrap.
