Ordered a gift (roses and chocolate) for my significant other in Brazil. The gift arrived on the date it was ordered, and the quality of the roses were excellent. The reason it is not a 5 star review, is because the website is awkward to navigate, and the email following my order told me the customer service team would get in contact with me to inform me about the possibility of delivery, which did not occur. As such, on the day of delivery, I was unsure if it would be delivered, which caused some anxiety. Fortunately, there was no issues.

Very disappointed. Service that should actually bring bit if joy to the person, brought disappointment. Flowers were in poor shape and cake was totally damaged, like someone step on it. Ruined the surprise. Will not ever use your services again.

The worst experience with this company. This is the second time I’ve used their service. Both times they failed to deliver on the promised date. Both times I ordered red velvet cheesecakes and both times they delivered a different cake because “they ran out/ and couldn’t complete order.” Both times they delivered chocolate cakes of “equivalent value”.

Will never use this service again. WORST COMPANY!

I’ve used this site for a few years. No issues ever. Ordered a gift in August to be delivered in September and no problems at all. She received her roses and loved them.

The order I made went to Germany, I made a mistake in the recipient address, this caused delays. I also made a mistake with the phone number and this also caused delays.
At some point I thought I was being robbed but the delivery reached out to the recipient. I would say it was bad experience due to my mistakes.

I gave 4 stars because the website looks very old and needs major improvement.
I'm happy to use giftsnideas again.

First time to use the service, was frustrating. While paying, their website indicated that there was an error, thus I am not even sure if the transaction went through. I checked my bank and there was a pending charge, then I received an email that it went through - I was confused. I tried their live chat - 'SARAH' wasn't responsive and helpful. I tried calling the Hong Kong number they indicated on the receipt - no answer. I placed the order on the 28th September for the same day delivery. After all the hassles, it was finally delivered on the 29th September, forfeits the purpose as it was suppose to be a birthday surprise. On the 29th they say it is already on the way, so I technically cannot cancel anymore. I was suppose to order 2, I ended up with 1 due to unresponsiveness and frustration on the service.
Furthermore, I was addressed differently ("Hello Mrs Carol," in their email for this review. I believe it is only appropriate if you address your customer appropriately. That is customer service.
