We needed a last minute bday gift from US to South Africa. Gift arrived on time as described. Customer service responsive and helpful. Would buy from again.

This is an updated review and I added two stars because the company has excellent follow-up with customer service. I know the company is not the one who caused the issues with the delivery and they have done well to try to make up for the mistakes of the delivery company.

Great company with quality goods! Was able to send snacks and fresh fruit to my girlfriend studying abroad. Fast delievery! Recommend!

Beware. They took my order and money but did not deliver to the person who was to get the cake. The delivery people said they didn't deliver to the address. She gave them another address where they delivered a damaged item and she had to ho an hour each way to retrieve the damaged cake. They gave me a 10% discount....

Ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday on 20th August to be delivered in Melbourne but cake was not delivered but got an email saying it was ; a re delivery was made i week later however response to my complaint was promptly responded too ; A further complaint was compensated with a 10% refund ;
When I checked the price of the cake from the cake shop website the price was starting from AUD39.00 however I was charged USD91.15!!! The is almost 4x more!

I had my order placed from Singapore for my best friend in Switzerland. I made a mistake with the date in my order but i was able to amend it after contacting GiftsnIdeas. They were quick to respond. The order was tracked for me to know the status of delivery and once delivered, i also received the email confirmation. My best friend was very happy with the gift - a Bud vase that came with 5 lovely blossom red roses - they are still fresh looking after 5 days! A reliable website to make purchases and the items ordered match with the description and the pictures shown on the website. I would highly recommend this and will order again. Great job.

Very efficient service. Beautiful flowers. Only problem the flowers were not the same as what the picture was on the website.
Staff delivering were also very friendly.

I ordered a cake for delivery overseas. I was surprised that they could deliver on a public holiday. The cake arrived on the morning of the birthday and recipient was very happy. The cake tasted lovely and was a good size nicely decorated. It would have been a 5 star but I did find the ordering on-line very difficult however, a nice lady rang me by phone straight away to confirm my order. I will be using again!

Tbh this is an excellent place to find a good gift hampers to your loved ones at a decent price range i personally love the quality of the gift hampers i would definitely recommend others 💗

Ordered gift baskets.

Delivery was late and substitutions made to the products were for lesser quality items. Sent the seller images and put in my complaint but they denied what I was complaining on.

I ordered a cake from them .. they delivered one day delayed because the location is very far but there team responded to my every query and delivered the parcel .. overall good experience
