Jamie addressed the issue I had with glasses that I ordered that were engraved incorrect. Jamie promised to send me a two replacement glasses. I am submitting this positive review based on Jamie fulfilling the promise to replace the glasses I ordered.

I wasn't going to receive the item on time, so I contacted the seller and received support quickly. They were helpful and listened to my request.

The gift I purchased was perfect.

I ordered Carolina Panther glasses. There was a delay but the customer service team took care if it. I received the glasses. They are very nice. The customer service rep also gave me a partial refund for the shipping issues. I would definitely order again.

I bought the Buffalo Bills glass for my daughter, I'm hoping she will like it. I am disappointed that the collector gift box was not available but it is what it is.

Request to cancel my order and get a refund was promptly approved and promised by Charlotte. Hoping to see refund soon.

Cute little calendar for young kids

Wasnt pleased with the item but we resolved it fairly quickly.

First I was charged $42.07 for phillies glasses that looked very nice in the ad but when they arrived 2 weeks late they we actually $1 store tiny fish bowls with paper phillies stickers on them .they can't be washed or the stickers will come off. I was also charged for package insurance which I never approved. For a refund I need to return the glasses at my expense over $20 with insurance . And since the company has been dishonest so far I may never get my refund and I will be out appro. $70

Communication with this company has been very good.

I got nothing to work with. The items that didn't come or the product is not mention. This is no help with the order that hss not been ship or deliver.

The representative was very kind and extremely timely with responses. She had no control of the problem and helped as much as she could.

I am a 70 year old on a fixed income. I purchased in good faith a gift for my so for Christmas. Giftsur immediately withdrew the money from my account. I have not had any contact or response from them since. Can anyone help me? Tell me what to do? The bank withdrawal was made by genialme Laverne California. When I try contacting them it comes back undeliverable
