I bought some tickets and then within 2 hours realised I had double booked … I emailed them on the off chance requesting a refund but not hopeful due to Ts& Cs . 2 days later I received an email confirming they would refund me in full , from a lovely girl called Amy 😃 great customer service 👍 thank you so much ☺️
The Ticketing website is useless; endless verification loops and lacks link to add parking or companion tickets for wheelchair users. However customer service manager Amy has been wonderful in helping me with these issues.

Dealing with gigantic in order to request a refund for concert tickets has been really straightforward. My daughter is unwell, which is bad enough in itself, but Amy at Gigantic, responded to my messages within the hour and processed a refund for our tickets within 12 hours of me submitting all the paperwork. It is refreshing to come across a company that is so quick to respond and where the process is human and straightforward. I had ordered tickets for Iron maiden in July and needed a carer with me .
Within an hour both my ticket and free companion tickets came through !!
I noticed a month later though that my carer camping was not shown so I emailed them direct ..
like WOW. within 5 minutes a lovely lady Gemma replied and took full responsibility for the minor mistake , she sent over instantly the carer camping pass !!!

I applied for some concert tickets for an event in September 2026. To my surprise these were priced at £0.00 so to be sure I exited the page and refreshed it but the price remained at zero. I've been to many free ticketed shows in my time so I went ahead, applied and received a download link and then successfully printed my tickets.
It was only when a friend told me they'd had to pay for theirs that I looked at my order online. It said my tickets had been cancelled. Yet I had in my hand seemingly valid tickets I'd printed.
I emailed Gigantic about this and got a very blunt reply stating that there'd been a system error, my tickets were cancelled and here was a link to buy tickets at the right price. No hint of apology or regret. If I'd not looked at the order online & the event sold out I might have travelled quite a distance and not been able to get in.
Curiously a response to a negative review here was responded with:
'When you buy a ticket through Gigantic, your entry to the event is guaranteed. Even if there’s a technical issue with the app — which would be outside of our control — we will always make sure you can get into the event, as long as you let us know in advance.'
This suggests my printed tickets would have gained me entry as there was clearly a 'technical issue'. And I have some tickets.
Not only terrible customer service in the system but a complete lack of empathy from the staff makes this an agency I'd avoid in future if at all possible.
