The event I booked tickets for through Gigantic was cancelled by the organiser, but Gigantic refuse to refund their extortionate booking fees (£7.75 per ticket). So I have paid them for an event that didn't even happen.
Had an issue with a ticket where the show had been cancelled and wanted to know if there was an update to the show being rescheduled. Gemma at Gigantic tickets was very quick to respond to my request and explained my options. Further communication would be issued once the promoters of the show had decided what was going to happen, where if cancelled completely a refund would be issued.

The process of getting gig tickets reissued to a new email account was unbelievably quick and simple, with very good aftercare follow up emails.
The only reason I have not given a five star is due to the fact that, having booked for an event in Poole, I was sent, under the Poole reference, details for a show in Sheffield.
My initial attempts to get matters rectified got me nowhere. However, on contacting customer services, the matter was dealt with instantly. First class. Thank you Gemma.

Gigantic Tickets made my experience exceptional because they responded promptly and unlike many insurance companies they actually listened to my explanation when making a claim and decided that I was eligible even though the initial application was not clear. I sent my supporting documentation and the claim was upheld. I exchanged e-mails with Amy and she was very customer friendly and knew her stuff!! I would be happy to recommend Gigantic Tickets to my friends and family.

After requiring a ticket refund for a concert that had been rescheduled that I could no longer attend, I was able to have the refund issued within a matter of days! Amy was super helpful and attentive during the whole process, her communication was nothing short of excellent :)
I needed to transfer ticket dates due to one of the girls breaking her arm.
I emailed requesting help with this and got a prompt reply off Gemma who was so helpful and sorted this for me making some sad girls very happy that they could go another time :-)

If the event gets canceled you only get partial refund. "face value". Well i can start selling 500 bucks socks, but if you return them i value them for 10. They are that kind of business!
Had to request a refund due to my partner having spinal issues, it says in the small pint you have to provide proof. I did and it was plain sailing from there. Refund granted. Brilliant service from AMY.
