This worthless piece of CRAP company is a total SCAM!!! Terrible god- awful, careless, customer service!!! they think scamming us ladies out of our money is more important then providing service. I will never see the light of day of the 3 pairs of leggings I ordered a month ago!!! I contacted them so much and the Shop App, please don’t make the same mistake I did and order of this fake website!😰😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

HORRIBLE. Ordered over 3 months ago and received absolutely no updates on my order. After placing an order for pre-order items which were expected to ship out within 3 weeks of order date i decided to email them after 5 weeks. I emailed them numerous times and tried contacting them through Instagram as well however i got no response. I been emailing them for two months now as i ordered 5 pair of shorts (over $200) & just asked for a refund at this point as it has bee over 3 months but still no response. Totally a scam DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this company.

I ordered from this website on 9th of January!! It supposed to be the present for my birthday of my mother that never arrived!! I'm trying to get in contact with them but they never responded to my emails. I'm very disappointed 😞 Guys never ordered from them!!

My favourite active wear!! The shipping took way longer than I was expecting but my package was beautiful!! You would not get such care and kindness from a huge company with shipping delays they really helped me, I believe it is just 2 girls in Brisbane running this business, when I opened my parcel they even put a tote bag with my name on it. If their shipping was faster they would be my go to ever single time, love all my pieces so much.

Definitely not a scam, they are just a small business which I understood once speaking to them, they seem to be flooded with orders. I hope they keep growing! The stuff is incredible.

I have waited three weeks and still no reply via email, Instagram and the number provided by afterpay.
Appalling customer service

I Pre purchased on the 12/08. Expected wait time was 3 weeks. There was no shipping confirmation at 4 weeks so I emailed & messaged. I didn't hear back for almost 2 weeks. After 5 weeks I'm finally getting an email saying it has been shipped & finally communication on my order. I check the tracking & it's still waiting pickup. This is the longest wait time i've ever experienced & they are based less than an hr away. Don't give me covid excuses because I have recieved faster shipping from china or the U.S. They should state that expected wait time is closer to 2 mths & work on their custommer service . I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Waited over 2 months for my pre-order (expected wait time was 2 weeks I believe). A few weeks into it I received an email from them apologising for the delay, which I completely understood with the way our bloody world is going. I received my order today and wow! From the quality of the order, to an amazing freebie and a generous discount code in a personalised tote bag - I am blown away by the professionalism, kindness and customer service of this business. Will definitely be a returning customer!

I’ve waited for over two weeks for a response from Gigi Active - i’ve emailed the company countless times daily & i’ve received no response back about my order or delivery.
I’m worried i’ve been scammed - how can this company have no customer service? a company with 0 customer service is an appalling one, it’s a shame they refuse to communicate with their customers.

Lovely leggings, almost perfect fit, the only problem with mine was a little to short from torso area. Other then that amazing.

I received The item accordingly. Really nice leggings I had bought a jumpsuit that runs a little small but I was able to get that resolved thanks to Gigi support team.

They are nice but they did not fit comfortably.
They fit but ride up your front area way to much.

I want to love it! Shipping was fast and color is beautiful. However, material shows every dimple of cellulite and it’s also deformed in the shoulder strap area on the bodysuit.

Edit: I must say their customer service team was great! More than willing to fix the issue even though I had tried on/wore the outfit! Great service goes a long way! Thank you! Review changed to 4 stars!

I purchased with Gigi, and when I found out I chose the wrong size they were totally understandable and helped me right away and. Delivery was quick considering we’re all in a pandemic.

Their PRODUCT IS AMAZING and fits soooooo nice. I just needed a size up for More coverage :)

Great fabric well made and outstanding customer service.

I do find they are a a bit tight. I went by the size chart but feel I could've used a large top.

I'm a 34D implants 150lb 5'6 I chose a medium. The tops still fit but they are tight with very little give .

Shipping was fast I live in Newfoundland Canada so it's always slower here than anywhere else in Canada lol

Probably the best customer service I’ve received ever. They really helped me find exactly what I needed and were very warm and welcoming to me. Will definitely recommend this brand to anyone and will be re purchasing in the future!
