Read the T&C’s

Basically a pyramid scheme on the tickets to events, once purchased tickets that aren’t even released yet you are stuck in a loop of then having to resell someone else’s tickets even if purchased within 48 hours if you read terms and conditions they cannot inherently guarantee the authenticity of every ticket, as they do not own the tickets themselves, many horror stories online now stuck in a position of having to relist tickets that aren’t even released or in my possession

You all rock. Thanks again. I made mistake when I bought the tickets and thought the tickets would be sent to the wrong email address…long story. But Gigsburg (every time I emailed) was very reassuring and promised it would all be fine. Thanks again.

Bad practice avoid at all costs

I recently purchased tickets to see Kanye west in Italy, the tickets haven’t yet been released prior to me buying them which raised my suspicion, I asked them if the tickets was guaranteed to which they replied with yes but after looking at other peoples experiences I decided to refund the purchase to tickets that haven’t even been RELEASED to the general public to be greeted with a 0 refund policy but an option relist tickets which HAVENT even been delivered or purchased yet so basically purchasing a dream, avoid this company at all costs I’m glad I found out how bad their practice was before I travelled. How can you relist tickets that haven’t even been purchased by the RESELLER yet, absolutely shambolic practice avoid at all costs. Typical terms and conditions, SCAM avoid at ALL costs

Please note that in this type of industry it is absolutely normal for tickets to be delivered close to event date. You do not need to have the tickets to resell them on our platform. We can only issue a refund if the event has been cancelled.

Simple easy reliable service

I purchased my tickets far in advance of the concert and as the event got closer I received emails confirming that the tickets would be 100% sorted for me, no stress no hassle, very easy service to use and very reliable.

I received the tickets 12 days before…

I received the tickets 12 days before the concert. Gigsberg had contacted me to confirm if the transfer had been successful. It was a little expensive but a solid plan B if tickets are sold out on the official website

great experience

I had to wait for the ticket but I was sure that I would get it. I got clear instructions on what to do and also updates whenever they were needed. Very professional but all the while empathetic.

Excellent Service and Timely Ticket Delivery

I must admit, I had some concerns about receiving my tickets until the very last moment. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive them just two days before the show from an official ticketing website.
The representative who assisted me was exceptionally kind and professional, providing thorough answers to all my questions.
Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely consider using Gigsberg's services again in the future!

Very positive experience, fantastic gig!

I booked a ticket for Robbie Williams. I was gutted when I never got a ticket in my home town, I’ve been to all of his other tours. I’ve never used Gigsberg or any other resale site before so I was nervous but I needn’t have been. The ticket was transferred to me the day before the gig and Gigsberg sent me several what’s app messages to make sure I had the ticket and everything was ok. I’d definitely use them again if I needed to. Yes the tickets aren’t face value but for me it was so worth it!

Never EXPECTS THAT SEETS will be near each other

I ordered 3 tickets together. I really expects they would be near each other. I received 3 randomly placed tickets. From communication with customer support I figured out that you shoud NEVER EXPECTS THAT SEETS WOULD BE NEAR EACH OTHER. ALSO SECTION IS DIFFERENT THAN I CHOOSEN ON WEBSIDE. Just unusable if your want to go with friends

Scammers posted they had tickets…

Scammers posted they had tickets then send you ones to a different event than promised. After that they try to get you to download the wrong tickets and send to a gmail account. Don’t use this fraudulent site
