If I could I would sue this company…

If I could I would sue this company till time ran out.
As a suprise i bought p1 harmony tickets in october the day that they came on sale....£427 ...for specific seats...for My wife and our disabled daughter ...I have spent nearly every day since emailing Gigsberg to get the tickets I paid for...they offered us cheaper seats at less than 1 third of the value...there reasoning was that the venue hadn't supplied the tickets to them....this last fortnight ive been in panic mode as I had arranged transport, parking ect....and of course still constantly emailing Gigs berg...Thursday we get an email...our original tickets...wonderful...or so I thought...my wife and daughter were in there seats...5 minuets before the start of the show a venue employee asked them to leave as Gigsberg had given us tickets that were already sold by the genuine vendor...they had to run to the other side of the arena where 8 other people where complaining of exactly the same problem...they missed the start,my daughter is in bits,my wife is frazzled and im furious...absolutely disgusting and completely recommend that you never even contemplate purchasing from this company

In relation to there response bellow...
A. I have not received any email
B.No,you will sort this mess out...I purchased the tickets from you...and since the wording of your website lists the words
"Guaranteed "...then you assume the responsibility of fulfilment.
How can a company like this be able to function legally in Briton?why hasn't trading standards investigated?
Why does Google allow a company that lies,cheats,and steals to advertise on there platform?
I will not let this matter drop.

This is the best service I have ever…

This is the best service I have ever received. Raye is coming to Denmark the 3 of February, I bought the tickets the 30 of January and I already got the ticket hours later! They are on WhatsApp 24/7, they really are! I was a little bit skeptical to begin with, but the more I read the customer reviews the safer I felt, so I hope other will use Gigsberg, if they read my review! It will not be the last time I will use it!

Ticket issues resolved

Actually, I had booked tickets for the Croatia vs Panama match, but I wasn’t able to receive them initially. Jerry helped me locate the tickets and resolve the transfer issue. He was very kind, patient, and extremely helpful, and thanks to him I was able to get my tickets successfully.

10/10 real and works

10/10 had the best time at the premier league match and I was reassured the whole way that I’m guaranteed the tickets, I was nervous with them coming only the day before but Gigsbuerg team was there the whole time and this is 100% legit

It is important to clarify that…

It is important to clarify that Gigsberg is a secondary ticket marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of tickets for live events, in a manner similar to eBay; therefore, the tickets were purchased from a private individual and then resold.

The (face value) represents the original price paid by the initial purchaser, who subsequently listed the ticket for sale on your platform, with a significant markup of over 200 euros, in my case. Consequently, the "market value or the price paid by the customer may differ from the original price".

All of this constitutes "a mechanism that is unclear and lacking in transparency", as the information and communication provided on the website "suggest otherwise".

I bought 6 tickets for the As Roma…

I bought 6 tickets for the As Roma match, all 6 were fake tickets. Of course they will not refund the price. It was photographed and videotaped that the entrance gate would not let me in with the tickets. I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! MOST UNSERIOUS COMPANY!
