Attended the online zoom course to learn how to make drum lampshades. Had a little hiccup with the kit but all was sorted out really quickly by Charlie in Customer Service. Would recommend - great choice of fabric designs - I'm looking forward to making more!

Gorgeous floor lamps!
I think that the lampshades are absolutely gorgeous. The floor lamps look particularly wonderful in our house (Arts & Crafts style). We have now bought two. I particularly like the fact that Gillian is a local designer and that the lampshades are manufactured in the UK.

Really lovely product
Really lovely product. I was initially confused that the email had advised me my order (which was the lamp and the matching accent chair) had been processed but I'd only received the lamp not the chair. Charlie was very helpful upon picking up my messages after the weekend the lamp was posted and reassuring me the chair was definitely coming separately, later, but it would be helpful to have more forewarning of this ahead of a split delivery please!

Many thanks for your review Nicola. Our chairs are produced at a different site so delivery does tend to take longer than our lamps or cushions which are produced in Darlington. Great choice in design though -its one of my favourites!

We assisted you in finding you lampshade workshop kit which unfortunately had been delivered to a neighbour by Royal Mail. You had been away so missed the delivery and they then had been away.
We discussed via email with yourself the most convenient course for you offering you a daytime or evening class. You decided on the evening class which we added you to.
The details were emailed over to you prior to your review of ourselves.

I ordered a £50 gift card online, expecting to receive it in the post to give to my partner for her birthday. I then found out that it's just an E-voucher through my email. I then got an email about 2 month after saying that my purchase was on its way 🫤 I'm still waiting for the email with the code or QR code thing so that my partner can use it.

Disappointed with communication relating to a workshop I booked. No follow up calls to a cancelled booking by them. I ended up chasing it and asking for refund as I'd lost confidence in their customer service.

Really lovely & different lamp.
Competively priced & a real talking point. They are made to order and advised it would be 4 to 6 weeks before it arrived. But as they say good things are worth waiting for.

Spot on customer service
10 out of 10 for their customer service! Ordered a lampshade for my daughter at the Bishop Auckland store on 23 April and telephoned Darlington branch yesterday to find out the progress of my order. Spoke to a very helpful lady called Charley who set the wheels in motion so that I received my order today with not one but two shades. After contacting her she said due to their error I could keep both! Thank you and well done!
