Make a favour to yourselves and do not order anything from this company. You will regret your time and money if you do so. They are unscrupulous, act with bad will and you will end up frustrated, because there is no regulator you can appeal to claim justice. Worst online trading experience ever. I will do my best to sue them in an appropriate channel.

My experience with Giovoss is below my expectation.
I learned about Giovoss only few weeks ago. I decided to give it a shot; I ordered three items and also paid for expedited shipping. It has been over a week now and I have not received an email to inform me that the items have shipped or the items are out of stock. I checked on Giovoss website for an update, there is none. I had hoped to place orders for more items but my first experience is discouraging and extremely disturbing.

Clicked thru from an ad on facebook. Very simple to navigate and the site doesn't lag at all. Great prices. PayPal option for payment is a big help as well as credit cards. I may have missed it but there neemed no indication for delivery time at purchase. Assuming it will appear during delivery tracking.
Looking forward to receiving the jacket!

I enjoyed the visual experience of choosing the items, but also seeing the product on another person, so I could visualize how the product would look on me. I also like that Giovoss shows other items people have bought with your current selection. The prices appear to be reasonable in comparison to the products.
