Easy to navigate. Great looking product. Have always been a fan and glad I finally made my first purchase.

So far I have only placed my first order but the navigation through the site and the purchase method was pretty straightforward and direct.

I received prompted notification by email about it and the relevant tracking number for my parcel (which is always good in case something goes astray or else).

There seem to be a lot more nice garments in the online shopping portal and I will take a closer browsing session to explore and see what other items I will buy. In the meantime, I´m waiting for my order

i think this GIOVOSS is not real, i placed my order on the 9th of May and till now i didn't get even a tracking reference

For now all i can say is that your online store it seems to be trusted for what i've noticed when i was buying my t-shirt but i'm hoping that i will receive my order and lets live the rest till my order is delivered to me i promise i will come back for more

Received my winter goat, very unsatisfied. First of all it's not a winter coat but a spring/fall coat at best since it's not warm enough. Secondly it smells bad, like something that was placed in a bag for a long time and in the end when I wanted to return it. It was refused because of one day late. When the item was received I did not get any notifications, missing out on the 7day policy. I believe this company doesn't care about customer service. They just want to catch people on the net and sells whatever product they have on hand.
