Ordered 4 cds on sale for $899 one 998 got but one was the wrong artist i though I'd been scammed as lots scammers out there these days i sent um email thy sent me the wrong cd as other buyers have sead owner requled and insulted me because I'm not a good speller i did nothing to be treated with such disrespectful words he ask for a list of what I'd got sead nothing about pictures so after he insulted me sead he had ask me for picture i sent him he sead if did he send correct cd didn't get never did so he ripped me off don't buy from girder go to roxx or others on ebay that have better ratings girder needs to go out bissniss he soon will when no one will buy from him don't fall for so called clearance you'll get junk go to roxx or boons overstock or other good rated stores on ebay and Amazon or other online Christian music stores avoid girder music store thefts look on ebay and Amazon for better rated stores and sellers avoid girder music store scammer and thefts your business isn't appropriate just give up your money sucker's and fools is how they see buyers go elsewhere like roxx or boons over stock or other high rated music sellers on ebay and Amazon wear your applicationed avoid girder 👹👹👹👹 you may never get a response from owner just theft

First time purchase I received my album with the seam split.. I did not purchase the insurance that they want you to before you check out.. it seems pretty shady you don't buy insurance they give you a damaged album.. no other site that I buy from does this only girder.. I will not buy from them again and if you spend money with them you better buy the insurance because you will not receive a undamaged album if you don't.. what shocks me is they sell a lot if not Christian material.. avoid this company

I'm a bit mixed on Girder. At times they have been awesome, with some unique bands, reissues of vinyl records, fast shipping, etc.

But then customer service is horrid and doesn't even enter their business model. Getting a response via email may not happen, or might take days or weeks.

It seems like the "CEO" (a bit of a pretencious title) is very very old school where you th client have the privilege to shop at their store, but customer service isn't even a consideration. They'll probably win the sale, but they'll never, ever, retain customers. It's a pretty short sighted way to run a business.

So, don't avoid at all costs, but if you have other options, choose them over Girder.

Don't ask this guy any questions, or he will ridicule you. Not a cool person at all. If they had zero stars, that's what I would have given him.

Glad 80s Christian metal brought back out on CD.

I reached out to Girder Music after almost a month of no correspondence or updates to my order. They were quick to resolve the issue and treated me with respect while doing so.
