They call themselves a Christian…

They call themselves a Christian business yet they support a murderer. GREED is all they care about, Don't be fooled by their BS. They also have an F rating with the BBB so there's that. Beware of this scam company!!

I ran into a glitch (in my perception)…

I ran into a glitch (in my perception) and became stuck. Dropped an email to the company and within just a couple of minutes, Summer got back to me, already having solved the issue. Very unusual to see this kind of customer service. You get a big "atta-girl"! Thank you!

Really helpful customer service

My bank told me that they’d stopped my donation from going through and to try again but I’d seen an acknowledgement on the charity’s website so I didn’t know what to do. However, it was really easy to send an email to GiveSendGo and Summer responded almost straight away, checked it all out for me and confirmed really quickly that my donation had all gone through.

1st experience with GiveSendGo

While going through a difficult time, the last thing you want to deal with is more difficulty. That being said, the representatives at GiveSendGo were there to answer questions and support our family every step of the way. They offer a personal experience and their customer service is top-notch.
