Worthless most of the time. Pointless unless you just want to pay a lot for an auction anyway, as it never actually beats out other 'max' bidders. So ultimately, you're better off planning to pay a lot and just bid normally by putting in a max bid. Gixen doesn't accomplish anything to defeat max bidders.

Been using Gixen for about a year free & paid. Probably 30-40 auction times. I have used other auction snipers and this is probably the best. It works as it should and has never let me down. Great value subscription. Safe & sound. Highly recommended.

Been using gixen for a while and it was OK. However today put a few items on there and could see they sold for far less than my max bid so thought brilliant. Then could see that another user won them. Logged into gixen to see the error 'Invalid authorisation) as apparently my authorisation had expired today. However no notice appeared in Gixen when I added the items (only a few hours ago) and I only got an email saying my authorisation had expired about 2 hours after the listings had finished. What use is this surely it's simple to stop items adding items without authorisation or to send a simple email saying it has expired.

Trusting Gixen has cost me a lot of money and I won't be using them again.

It was an honest website but not sure how it works. Thats just my issue if you want to win a bid use this but I revoked its access.

I started using Gixen in 2019. I started with the free version and then later began using the paid version for my account I use to buy items for resale. I usually have anywhere from one to ten snipes scheduled at a time, so the paid version was worth it for me. It's dead simple to use and very reliable with the mirror service. If you only bid on a few items at a time though the free service is perfectly good. While using the free service there were only a small handful of times where my snipe failed due to server issues or the like. But since using the paid version with the mirror service I can't recall even a single time it failed. So it's definitely a very reliable service.

The webinterface does look a bit dated. But the tool behind it is fairly priced, with different pricing structures to match your use case. There are many snipers which are rip offs: but not this one. It has all the features you might want and did work for me all the time.

Works well for sniping(main site). The app however is of high school quality. Bare bones to a fault.

Wow! Used another sniper tool in the past and with the fees based on the winning bid, plus the odd payment method of depositing money into your account, I decided it was time for a change. Gixen has far exceeded my expectations, tried the free account, and after winning three out of the four auctions I paid the crazy low fee to unlock all the options. Worth every single penny.

I have always used Gixen (free version) without issue. For a large purchase amount, they recommended using the mirror service. I bought the $7 subscription and then shortly after had my PayPal account hacked. There are some stories on the internet about this happening to others who have subscribed to Gixen and have the same password for their eBay account as their PayPal (don’t do this!!). I have reported it to PayPal and my bank and Mario at Gixen but have not yet had a response from him.

The most dependable eBay sniper I've ever used. Very modest pricing for such an impressive service. VERY easy to use, ( either with phone app or via website). Gixen takes the anxiety out of eBay bidding for me. It saves on time (no more waiting for auctions to end), and more often than not, money. There's definitely strategic advantage to placing bids only at the last possible moment. Mario has created an outstanding service that deserves all the praise it receives. Highly recommend GIXEN as the best bidding tool for eBay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

I’ve been using Gixen for about 8 years now. I’ve used others in the past and Gixen stood out for me as it's simple, efficient, affordable, and has great customer service.

To expound on the above, Gixen is a no-frills and effective eBay tool. Mario, the developer, is very community-centric, any issues that crop up are addressed promptly.

Gixen is a brilliant sniper tool, I decide my price and put it on Given and forget about it. I put more consideration into the maximum price I'm willing to pay using Gixen so it helps control my spending and avoid bidding wars. It's well worth a subscription even if you only bid occasionally.

Having lost out on several items due to internet connection issues and people calling me at the critical bidding moment, I decided to give Gixen a try. I was not disappointed, it worked exactly as described. Will definitely be using this again
