NEVER AGAIN... Placed an order 3 weeks ago, of course payment immediately went through, and still have not received an update on my order. There's only an email contact available, I've reached out 4 times w/ no response. Last two messages I've requested a refund... Nothing.

THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT SEND GOODS - I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THEM 5 TIMES ONLY TO BE IGNORED EVERYTIME

They are at least responsive (which is why I gave them two stars); but, the responses don’t solve the problem.

I purchased a small (the site said it was tiny but it’s not) power bank. It never worked right. I contacted Gizmodern right after the purchase and told them the problem. There was some back and forth; but no resolution to the problem. They did not offer to send me a new power bank. I stopped using the device. I found it about a year later and gave it a try again before I threw it out. It had totally stopped working. I remembered that I had paid a lot for it. So, I reached out and asked for a replacement. They responded and said since it had been a year they would send me a new one for a $20.00 shipping fee. I declined. The first one never worked right. I wasn’t going to spend money for another one that might not work.

This website is a techie dream come true. Chock full of tech gadgets, also personal items. I ordered a wallet, was contacted by management that it was not available in the color I wanted.
They were attentive, polite, and even game me a coupon to make up for my having to select another color.
Delivery was prompt and easy/
