Very beautiful ring I love it

The order I placed was lost in transit. GK Moissanites customer service took a little bit to get back to me, but they did ship a replacement which arrived with no issues. The jewellery I ordered was very sparkly and pretty and I am pleased with my purchase.

Purchase was fine but trying to contact customer service is useless they do not reply once you pay for your product therefore you get one star

Just received my tennis Bracelet. The lock is advanced and its super tight. I got 6.5 mm bracelet and its super heavy. Really good quality and sparkle.

I do feel I need to update from an earlier rather negative review.
Today I have received my beautiful replacement ring.
I did find it hard to find a contact initially to raise my concern about my original ring admittedly. I did find it strange that everything was via WhatsApp rather than email, I was even dubious about sending my original ring to what appeared an apt block in Canada. I bit the bullet paid £18 to return, I knew i would never wear the ring again anyway so took the risk.
The agent in Canada was regularly in contact via WhatsApp and arranged for a replacement ring to be sent out after I provided tracking info, which was fair enough
To receive my new ring I am absolutely delighted with it.
I have apologised to the contact in Canada, for my doubts and cynicism, they have been very tolerant of my doubts.
If anyone does have any issues or concerns please dont doubt the response and offer, all I can say is they have been excellent with me especially when I have questioned things. This has been a lesson to me too. There are rip off companies out there yes, but not this company! Thankyou GK

Bought my 5th item from GK Moissanites. A company with one of the best customer service. Instant replies and best quality jewelry.

The products are shipped from China and not America. The quality is cheap and have a plastic look. Same products are available on Temu at 1/4th of the price.

I ordered a ring for $250, came in cheap packing from China, there was no engraving as promised and they are asking a deduction fee of $30 on return.

The Best Moissanite Brand out there. The cuts, the sparkle and wide variety of designs makes this brand different and better from others.

I live in a back house and my ring was delivered incorrectly to the front house and was stolen. They replaced my ring for me.
Now the ring is absolutely gorgeous and I get compliments on it ALL THE TIME.
Buy with confidence, I will purchase again.

I’ve emailed the company three times regarding a quality issue on some earrings which keep falling out; they have not responded. Emailing them is also how a return is said to be initiated so they should be responding to my return request , even if not acknowledging their quality issue. No response.

Best Moissanite Rings. Shines alot!

The ring was beautiful when I received it. However, for an unknown reason, one of the stone turned white (not transparent) afetr one month. I tried a few times to write to them about it, but no answers. Bad contact service.
