Not impressed!!!
It would be extremely helpful if when asked type in your 8 digit policy number and twice it doesn't recognise it then you know things aren't going well, secondly it would also be advantageous to be able to understand what the person on the other end of the phone is saying instead of keep saying "sorry can you say that again". I must stress that this isn't the first time that this has happened.

BEWARE - NO COURTESY VANS OFFERED
I made a claim last year. Bizarrely, the only courtesy vehicle they offer is car derived vans (check in T&C's). Totally unsuitable for a specific van insurer! If you need ladders to work, you're stuffed, definitely no ladders fitting in a corsa van! The staff are like robots and are not allowed to think for themselves. The scripting is so draining to listen to, every time you say something they repeat it and the call time is so long. Also, when you call up, its never through to anyone 'van' trained, I think its Admiral number. Its a faff and theyre not competitive with pricing either. There's no value for money in this policy.
